This place is the best! During our trip to Nashville, our lens broke and literally in mins I called up this place, they had the lens we needed ready to go. Standard paper work and I was ready to go! Return was also really easy! as well! I highly recommend having this place as an emergency contact if you are looking to travel to Nashville for a shoot as a backup. I will be using them in the future so I dont have to pack as much for our trips to Nashville! Thanks Again!

The staff at RENTaCamera were friendly, and they made the renting process simple and quick. The prices are great for any production budget, and the variety of gear is endless. I will always repeat the rental of gear, and I recommend people check their website and view the vast inventory.

Unfortunately I did not get to rent any equipment from RENTaCAMERA because the security deposit for first time renters is $1000. I agree with the fact that they want to make sure their equipment comes back in one piece. After giving them a copy of my ID, credit card, and signing 3 papers...you’d think that would be enough. It’s underwhelming that I was turned away solely because I did not have $1000 on my credit card(I did however had cash but that wouldn’t work either.) I appreciate the guy at the counter who was some what helpful as well. I’ve rented for numerous places in the past and this is the first time something like this has happened. I hope you guys figure something out in the future for young aspiring photographers like myself. Who do not have $1000 just laying around.

Worst place to rent from! I accidentally left my camera charger in their kit and I live about an hour and 30 mins away just to get up place and them not give it back to me because of fee they told me about 30 mins prior to my arrival! They stole my camera charger!

Really love this place. 1 of two companies in Nashville owned by an Adam. I would drop by from time to time to look at the new inventory and get some one-on-one info about the products. If ever there was a question about a camera they couldnt answer they had someone they could call to find out. They made several of my films possible with affordable rentals and accessible staff. I have had the majority of my experiences with this business under the previous name but I am confident the name change hasnt affected the heart of the business much. Pro tip: Dont forget your certificate of insurance. Otherwise you may pay an additional percentage to cover the rental.

I cannot express my gratitude to Rentacamera, especially Derek, who went above and beyond for us during the Covid Crisis. Not only was RAC a one stop shop for everything we needed from cameras, to ipads, to seamless backgrounds, to fog machines, but Derek personally delivered all the equipment to the artist (utilizing the latest no-contact protocol) AND came on board as a stellar DIT so that we were able to see dailies remotely in CA. I love this place! Its the perfect place to get a feel of what you need and want before spending your hard earned cash. They have also rescued me when I misplaced something I needed for a gig. Ive rented from them about 7 times in the past 5 years. The customer service is excellent and the equipment is professional and has always been in excellent condition. They also offer reasonably priced insurance. That was a plus for me as I am always nervous about handling others equipment. This is the best business of any kind that I have dealt with in Nashville... By the way, Im a born and raised Nashvillian, so that says a lot.

Their website is horrible to get an idea of product rentals. Barely got any info & dimensions. The lighting was weak and too small compared to the photos. They forgot a mic adapter I had asked for. Had to drive back to get the adapter to find out during the shoot that it was a faulty adapter. All audio from this mic was unusable. THANKS

Putting together your own production and want to capture it in 1080p? This place is legit! Wireless microphones, tripods, cameras of all caliber that wont break the budget!
