This was the 4th flooring company I went to. it was a nightmare trying to find a company that could accommodate me with my schedule and also my budget. Ricky came to my house and he encouraged me to get the vinyl planks. I am more than pleased with the work and the price. I recommend anybody use this company. I will be having him come back next year to do my bathroom and my kitchen.

Our flooring job was much more difficult than expected as our sub-floor was very rough and bumpy. Once we learned that the vinyl planks were not going to work with our sub-floor, Ricky made sure the situation was made right. It cost him and his team a couple of extra days of work but they did not charge us for any of the re-work or the labor of applying floor leveling compound which had to be done. Ricky was honest, professional, reasonably priced, responsive, and easy to work with. We are happy with how our floor turned out!
