Great place for shoes. The prices are good to. The only reason I give 3 stars is the staff. I feel like Im in hip hop club. I know most of the staff are young men but this isnt the place to pick up girls.

Literally the worst experience with a franchise I have ever experienced. I ordered a pair of shoes online but realized they didnt fit. Totally not the companys fault. However, I have never had to work so hard to return something. First off, they failed to include an invoice in the box which is required in order to return the product. I emailed them about this and did not hear a response for four days. I then called them, and only got a dial tone. It took me five times to even get to the part where you hear annoying music as you wait to actually be connected with someone. And then I had to listen to this music for 33 minutes and 26 seconds. It took them longer than 30 minutes to even get a human on the line. worst experience I have ever had with a store period.

Great selection of shoes from all the major Brands. Its one of the three main stores for shoes in River gate mall. It give a person the opportunity to get new releases in your size when they first launch. Ive never been let down going to rivergate malls 3 major shoes stores, youll find something hot in your size.
