Traveled from Clarksville to get my laptops looked at and found that this is not a business. Its Jo Johnson Projects. I said let me give beniifit of the doubt check the website, its also a house. Called from the number listed no answer.

I am in Fort Worth but I feel I should leave a review at all locations because it is the same person running all shops. These locations however seem to be sketchy but that’s okay because this review isn’t. A pc repair technician picked up my laptop on April 27, 2020 because I thought it ignites have gotten a little water on it. It was sitting on my desk and was working fine but when I came back, I came back to the blue screen of death. There was a quarter size puddle of water underneath and none on top. So I wasn’t sure what happened. Anyway I was told on the 29 the of April that it wasn’t looking good, but he couldn’t get it open because a screw was stripped. Well my technician had a heart attack and it was given to another technician...i wasn’t aware of this at the time. I made several attempts to check on my laptop and was told that it was in Dallas and should be back soon.Called again and was told they would call when it came back, no call. I called back and was told that I would have to contact the technician because he didn’t know where it was. I was given the wrong number. However through another customer complaint I received the correct number. When I called I was told he did not know of the owner or of pc repair network, however I saw correspondence between him and another customer, which made him a liar. But the owner has been avoiding my phone calls, texts and emails. I have filed a complaint wit( the BBB and contacted the authorities. I will not give up on my laptop, they cannot get away with treating people this way.

If i could give 6 stars I would. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained things so I could understand them. He was very friendly and fixed my problem in less than 20 min. I definitely recommend them. They guarantee there service too.

On-time and very efficient. Fixed my entire printer, laptop and desktop network in less than and hour and a half. Im now able to print on my home network. Definitely recommended.

Was not happy with my service experience. Derrell came to my home and did complete work. I was not able to use my H&R Block software had to reschedule a new tech to come fix my problem.
