Customer service is spectacular ! Time management was great! I had a very important and timely event that needed same day rush, consisting of 10 shirts and all of them had different prints as well. (I had brought in a piece of notebook paper with 11 different sizes, styles, pictures, and print for my shirts, there were scribbles, arrows, and my notes were out of order. Although we recently just started using Big Frog, I am eager to give them their deserved 5 stars! They have been absolutely wonderful in all ways- their product, the employees, and the fact that they make sure the final product isnt less than perfect. They offer so many printing styles and are super knowledgeable about everything they offer. We originally thought we werent going to be able to print on a material, but when we brought it into Big Frog, they offered tons of solutions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
