All of my dealings with TEM has been what I expected. I have always been treated like an important customer. I read that negative review about the owners son. its sad when children of the owner do not realize how important customers are. Sometimes they think because they are the owners son/daughter they can do what they want. But TEM has always helped me and been very good on return time for repaired Motors.Ive sent them some bigguns too!

Service was fantastic. Ruth was able to take the little bit of details i was able to give her and point me in the right direction and get me a great replacement. They had it waiting on the counter for me when I arrived and even offered to help pull my pulley off the old motor. Will do business with them again.

I am a person who would have to be treated with disrespect to leave a bad review. When someone calls the company I work for needing services I have enough sense, training and common decency to treat the customer with an outgoing nature that will make that person want to use our services. This is the kind of customer service that is a rarity and will bring repeat business. With that said that has not been the case with certain personnel, I felt as a nuisance when calling about a $10,000 order and was sad to discover that the rude nature was provoked by the owners son.

Worst service possible act as if you were putting them out to help you. They do have the motor you probably need if can deal with the crappy service and they were not even busy at all I was the only customer, I can see why! They are 15 other places in Nashville you can buy motors from and I’m sure would love your business.

Mr. Grant,We recently purchased a replacement motor for service on one of our customers equipment from your facility. Our customer base is the collision repair equipment industry. As with most customers, it is vital to provide service to them in a timely and professional manner.Upon contacting your facility, I was greeted by Ruth Hunt. I have been employed by my company for the last 15 years and during that period I have utilized TEM many times. After explaining the customers need for a new motor and in a rush, your customer service department (RUTH) took charge and was able to facilitate our needs in less than 24 hours. She was able to make shipping arrangements from Memphis to Nashville and insured that the motor would be available for pick up at the local trucking company to expedite our service to the customer. Needless to say, our job was completed and the customer back in production in the shortest possible time. Without the personal attention and expertise provided by Mrs. Hunt we would not have been able to facilitate our customer as we did. It is truly rare to find the level of service offered by your company in todays marketplace or the professionalism displayed by Mrs. Hunt. Congratulations on employing one of the finest persons I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at TEM. I am looking forward to our ongoing relationship with Ruth and the entire staff @ Tn. Electric Motor.

These guys are great when it comes to needing a new motor or needing a motor repaired. They stock almost every motor you need in a manufacturing environment.
