I have been to Light Bulb Depot more than a dozen times. They have always had what I needed or had a suitable replacement. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. They have free, no minimum delivery for commercial accounts. This place is a gem!

This place has gone down hill in the last year!Taking my future business elsewhere from now on. Old staff was great,but now not so much. I miss the tall dude with short hair who used to work here. Not the one with the glasses,he was kinda strange.Cant remember his name off the top of my head, I just know he had the right answers to my questions.Today was my last shopping experience here!

Apparently if youre not a commercial customer, my retail business is not worth their time. They were totally rude to me so I took my lightbulb and left. I will never step foot in that store again. Its sad to because I have done business with them before in the past and they were very pleasant, but the employees there now dont know the meaning of treating a person with any kind of kindness.

This place has gotten horrible! The staff is rude and lazy. I used to do business with a guy,James,I believe who was great. He was always very nice,helpful and knowledgeable. I guess he finally left this horrible place,who could blame him. Walked in and there was about 8 people waiting to be helped and 1 person struggling to ring them up? No greeting when I came in. I guess we were invisible. Took my child to use their bathroom and it was nasty. Toliet paper gone and no soap? Not to mention 2 paper towels left. Just nasty,I have been In porta Johns cleaner then the bathroom here.The fat guy upstairs in the office was loud and disrespectful to his workers. I think he is the CEO of the whole company.I could here him cursing someone out on the phone. My child heard him,he used the F word about 12 times.We just left and wont ever come back here. Take my advise go to home Depot or elsewhere for your lighting needs. I would have gave them -5 stars if that was possible!What a joke,get some staff that has a pinch of pride in there work like it used to be folks....

This is a good source for DIY lighting and unique bulbs. The people there are friendly & helpful. There are a lot of interesting solutions for remote controllable LED strip lighting. If you have an oddly sized bulb that you can never find in home depot or lowes, this is the place to find it.
