I don’t agree with the comments of horrible service. This has been a fantastic company to work worth. The new ownership was flawless and amazing for my company. Maybe you have an opinion on one occasion but to post about it seems more petty than anything. We will continue to use this company and have never had any issues. Their attention to detail has been overwhelming in catching things we have done wrong down to a small logo color. We will continue to highly recommend this company over and over.

Do NOT use this company. It used to be great, they have since changed owners/employees and their expectations for quality & customer service has gone way down. They will print hundreds of dollars worth of clearly unacceptable material, take your money and then refuse to do anything to make it right. As a graphic designer dealing with many different printers throughout my career, I have never seen a company be so negligent when reviewing the product they were providing. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. These people don’t know what they are doing and clearly have no regard for their customers.

Used them because they were cheaper than WeMakeTapes. Now I know why.. Physical CDs were very streaky and looked like they were printed on a printer that was running out of ink. Ive also heard from several people that the CD wouldnt play and was essentially a blank. You get what you pay for...

NTS has corrected my problem, and are now reissuing my prints. I am thankful we came to a resolution.
