The technicians who came out to move our treadmill from one room to another and give it a tuneup were fantastic. Mike Jones, my technician, was very nice and helpful. He left with my treadmill in prefect condition! He took the time to show me how to properly tighten the belt and lube my treadmill. I knew when I ordered my two machines (Sole R92 & Sole F85) there was no way I wanted to take on the responsibility of assembling the machines. I called ahead and got set up in the system and then when I got a firm date of arrival on the equipment, I called back and booked an appointment. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Happened to spot one of the company cars near Nashville and called the number for service on our older treadmill. Decided not worth repairing so bought a new ProForm Carbon T7 from Best Buy and had FMTs installer come out. Eric from Fitness Machine Technicians Nashville serviced my Nordick Track treadmill. He called ahead when he was on his way and arrived on time. The service call was for a warranty claim and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. In addition, he vacuumed the motor and controls and lubed/tightened the walking belt which is usually a separate service call. He worked quickly and kept me informed about the work he was doing. I am very satisfied with the work he did and appreciate the extra service as well.

A very nice young man, Aaron, came out and diagnosed our problem with the treadmill, he ordered the part and came back and fixed it. Eric went above and beyond what was ask of him. I had movers come into safely move my high end treadmill. The movers decided to take the treadmill apart. When they put the treadmill back together it did not work.Eric showed me where the disconnection was, he cleaned the machine, tightened the belt, put oil on the belt and it is like a new machine. The company has kept me informed of the various parts ordered and assisted me in installing one cable. It was finally decided that I needed an individual who was experienced with the treadmill. FMT made an appointment for a tech to visit and install the new parts. Eric arrived on time. He was masked and kind enough to remove his shoes in our home. They were assigned to us through NordicTrack. I worked with Robert and Erik when scheduling equipment replacement. They were both very friendly and worked to get us appointments that best fit our schedule.Our first technician was Aaron. When he replaced our console he immediately noticed it was defective as well. He worked with tech support to have it replaced, leaving us to not have to deal with anything. He also showed us ways to care for our machine that NordicTrack never told us about. He tightened and lubricated the belt, going beyond what we expected.Once we received the other replacement console our second technician, Eric, came to help us. He did a wonderful job with the installation and before leaving he made certain that the equipment was working properly. He didn’t rush the job through just to move on to his next appointment, but made sure it was done correctly.I would highly recommend Fitness Machine Technicians of Nashville!! I purchase a Sole F85 treadmill which is a massive piece of equipment weighing about 400lbs. I called because I needed someone to get it up two flights of stairs, all hardwood, to my workout room for assembly. Aaron and Eric, from Fitness Machine Technicians, arrived on time, they were very professional, worked super hard maneuvering and lifting this heavy machine, assembled and demonstrated to me how everything worked on the treadmill. FMT conducted a diagnostic check on my treadmill that had stopped working. During the initial call, they answered all my questions about the potential cause of the issue and ballpark costs so I could make an informed decision about whether or not a diagnostic visit was worthwhile. They showed up on time and talked me through the source of the issue and the estimated cost of the replacement part. I did not have them conduct the repair because the part was cost prohibitive, but would definitely call on them again.

I cant say enough great things about the level of service and professionalism that Aaron demonstrated on the job, making sure that my repair was done completely and that my bike was working optimally. I have a NordicTrack elliptical that two NordicTrack technicians could not fix (I got a full refund from NordicTrack after months and months of complaints).
