We were in town last week and I visited the store I purchased a pair of earrings. I just got them out to wear for the first time and realized that they are bent. I contacted the store and was told that they dont give refunds I would need to return them for the exact same thing (which is not a problem for me) The woman who answered the phone said she didnt know if the would still have them. (She never even asked what looked like) And she said to me and I quote How do we know that they were bent when you purchased them. So buyer beware of products and service
This place is legit. Of course its a must for Willie fans but also a lot of Nashville music history present too. This is how you want a Nashville tribute museum to be! I thought the price was reasonable too - for all you see.
Loved it!Nice inexpensive little museum.
Very nice museum with lots of relics! The store has lots of great souvenirs and the staff was friendly, patient, and helpful.
Amazing place to be. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back.
Its small but it is great. I smiled the whole hour I was in there. Well worth a visit
This is a great place. Great staff, lots of good merchandise. We stop in every time we come to Nashville.Love this store.
After some reflection, I have edited my review. The museum is quite neat. There were quite a few artifacts and it made me interested in learning more about the history of these people. I still would say the museum is pretty small and only takes a little while to walk through but it was a good experience and Im glad I got to see it.
Always find good things to buy.
Awesome place. Museum was great lot of items from country singers. Gift shop had alot to pick from and staff was wonderfull
Pretty cool π little high in price for a small museum.Would I go again? Answer is no
Loved it my husband loves willie nelson β€
It had some decent stuff in it its worth seeing
Very interesting and lady at register was friendly
Fair price good museum.
Great memorabilia of Country history
Must see if you are a fan.
I love this place
Only visited store, not museum. lots of nicr gift ideas
Had a fun time looking around and buying souvenirs. Prices were reasonable
Great little museum. We had a good time and this is quite a good collection of country music memorabilia and history.
This store has pretty much any Nashville souvenir you could ever want. So many awesome choices. I didnt get to see the museum because I got there too late and it was closing soon, so dont know if it was cool too... But the gift shop was top notch!
This was a fun little stop, they have a penny presser so my best friend and i have matching Willie Nelson pennies now!
Great little place! Away from the crowds, good museum with amazing eclectic items. Great selection of food items, hats, souvenirs, t shirts, toys and glassware. If you are a Willie Nelson fan or just a country music freak, this is the place for you! Enjoy the quieter side of Nashville while browsing through the museum that honors Willie and many others. It even includes an awesome display of Audie Murphy artifacts, Porter, Dolly, Lefty Frizzell and Waylon!
Cool spot!
The museum is chock full of really great information. Super interesting!! Has a great little shop attached. Always stop before I leave town to pick up a souvenir. Totally recommend!!
Great place for Nashville souvenirs
Nice place to stop by and visit while on vacation. There is a museum in the back and plenty of souvenirs and things to look at. Cashier was very friendly and honest and made me aware that and item I was going to purchase had a history of falling apart so decided not to purchase that item. Overall I would recommend stopping here for a quick visit.
Great if youre a fan.
Great place to get some unique souvenirs
Awesome place. Friendly staff. Very comfortable place to visit. Not uppity. Prices were within reason.
Great museum with loads of country music history. One of our favorite. If you are a country music fan you need to avoid the massive crowds of downtown and come out to Willieβs museum.
LOVED this place! Stumbled onto it on a visit a couple of years ago and it was so neat! Lots of interesting things for Willie & old country music lovers.
Great Gift shop, I needed some last-minute souvenirs to take back home with me and tried doing the downtown shops but didnt want to deal with the parking and walking and remembered we drove by this location the day before. It is a great location right off of the highway with free parking and a plethora of items. The items were all reasonably priced and they had a vast selection of items.
My only complaint was that I didnt get to see Willie Nelson lol Great store and cool souvenirs. A little pricey but it has cool Johnny cash and Elvis Presley stuff.
All around great place for dukes of hazard items.
Typical ole school General Store vibe... very few of those left... A MUST VISIT for any Nashville tourist and homies a-LIKE* #willieforpresident
Just a fun place to visit and see some good ole Dukes of Hazzard items.
Nice place to visit! π
Willie Nelsons little store is incredible! The museum in the back is very very fun! A must see if you go to Nashville.
Really didnt have as much as I thought they would. Also it was warm and you have to turn the tour pamphlet back in.
Cool souvenir shop
I recommend, its a stroll down music history lane.
Absolutely loved this place!! Nice size souviner shop. Way better selection than what I found downtown on Broadway or at the Opry Mills mall. Better prices too. For example they have a coffee mug for 6.99 and the same one I had already bought at a gift shop in the mall was 13.99. Maybe because they have a larger volume? I checked out the museum because it cost less than 10 bucks. I was really surprised after entering at how nice the displays are. Not something thrown together. You will see artists from Willie to Dolly. The staff was very nice and helpful. So if you are looking for nice gifts for the family and want to see some great country music memorabilia this is a must stop! The guy at the register said they have been in business almost 40 years! I will definitely be back.
It was more than I expected and was very pleased. The staff was very courteous as well.
Great Gift Shop and Museum. We always stop in to check out the goods when we are in Nashville.
Great store in a Nashville for souvenirs. Its different than all the other stores (that have all the same shirts, etc.) for good prices. Plus they have the Dukes of Hazard car.
This is an awesome store a mussy if youre ever in Nashville.
Nice friendly employees displays were very well done.
Tons of cool memorabilia to look at! Great gift shop! Will definitely be going back next time I visit.
The history was great, I am so happy I decided to go
Very interesting and has alot of information I enjoyed it
Loved all the souvenir choices and prices are reasonable too.
Cool store also enjoyed Cooters lots of memorabilia.
Great place to see some old stuff and meet some great people
A very worthy stop for music history lovers, and a fun gift shop too
If you want to get a Nashville memorabilia, this is the place to go. They have better price and the designs are way better than what the others are offering in downtown Nashville. We even got a back scratcher from this place. The museum has a fee if you want to enter. This place is next to Cooters so you can visit them both in one go.
It was nice, mainly knick knacks and t-shirts souvenirs. its definitely worth the Stop since right next door is cooter Browns garage if you are a dukes of Hazzard friend, and the Grand ole opry is right down the road.
Ole time, slow, real country music plays inside while you can see a tremendous selection of Nashville souvenirs. There is also a museum in the background as well as a Willie Nelson psychic. I loved this place.
A must see if you love music
Great time, loved the videos of Willie with his friends and the stories.
Lots of interesting things at descent prices. Still havent checked out the museum part yet.
Very neat and not too expensive. The dukes of hazzard thing is right next to it and free so its like a 2 for 1!
Very disappointed with the museum, the store was really neat though.
Pretty great! Has a pay museum I didnt go into.
This gift shop has a great selection and very good prices.
If youre a Willie fan you will definitely enjoy this place!
Great location, next to the palace, and next to cooters. Makes it a combo stop!!! From live music,Jack daniels, the general lee,Willie Nelson cat.
A lot to look at in the museum
Nice selection of artifacts and photos..very informational prices reasonable
Small but interesting. Lots of photos and costumes and information on many entertainers.
This place was great! It brought back a lot of childhood memories!!
Cool little gift shop. Fairly priced
Very nice museum, worth every penny. The store and gift shop aea is large and has a bit of everything.
Nice gift shop with a ton of variety. A little something for everyone.
$9.95 per person is to much for access to the museum. Rather disappointed to see only photos, some furniture, and a pool table. They also had some clothing outfits on display.
Museum is nice to go to - I go to pick up bar b que sauce - its one of the best Ive ever had
The morning I visited the museum., I got a Free tour awesome l awesome lady working that day.
Great museum and gift shop, not in the downtown activity, but close to the opry. Worth a stop.
Was pretty cool. Walked in to see his river billion, but you have to pay to get back to see that.
Great visit and time. Love Willie
A lot of cool info and videos showing a side of Willie you do not see very often.
