We came to Granite Masters after having visited another granite company. We were helped by Vanessa. She was knowledgeable, quick to assist, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. In the end we decided to purchase from Granite Masters because of her! We had seen a granite color in another location that we liked better, but she really helped us find the best fit at the best price. She made the difference!

I am very happy with the granite counter tops installed by GMN. I worked with Vanessa, and she was patient and helped me make the perfect selection at the price point I was comfortable with. GMN was quick to install once I let them know I was ready. The installers were kind and efficient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and look forward to future projects.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company was recommended to me and I wish I never heard of them. Despite the very good Google reviews my experience has been different.With two efforts to install my marble counters, they still arent correct. It took two days to even call me back after I called to say I was dissatisfied with the first installation. Two pieces on my counter werent even the same shade and the seam was a very rough cut. There were several other imperfections but this are the major ones including rain stain streaks down a whole piece. See the pictures below.Rigo came out on the third day and seemed to genuinely want to make good on the job and said he would replace the two pieces. The installation was scheduled for the following Tuesday and nobody showed up.I called at the end of the designated window and was told the crew was just leaving the yard. I called an hour later and was told they were still fabricating my marble. I had to go to work so I rescheduled for Saturday.Today they installed the new marble and the cut was better, with the exception of the sink. They didnt cut it square and have to come out again. The cut is a quarter of an inch wider on one end. The fabricators seem not to care at all or do any quality checks. The installers took a chunk out of my wall today also. The crooked kitchen sink cut and the damaged wall are pictured.I just want them to pick up their material and Ill start over with another company. Ive invested way too much time and am incredibly disappointed. The Better Business Bureau has a C rating.

I am remodeling several bathrooms in my house. I used GMN for the first one and they did a great job. Vanessa was so helpful in helping select the right products for my needs and budget. The installation team were on time, and the result was terrific. Highly recommend.

Granite Masters was easy to work with and we love the results. We replaced our old, old laminate countertops with quartzite and also added a more modern-looking sink. I like the way you can see entire slabs of stone at Granite Masters, instead of just a little sample like you see at Home Depot. It really helps you envision what it will look like on your counters. Scheduling was easy and the removal of our old countertops and installation of the new countertops just took a few hours. Highly recommended.

I couldnt be more happy with our countertops that were installed!! Granite Masters of Nashville made it possible for our island countertop that is 111 long x 63 wide to be installed with NO seam in the middle! Their team got together and helped to make it happen with a tricky path to install. We are in LOVE with our countertops!

I am a Nashville realtor and my client hired Granite Masters to upgrade his condo and do granite in the kitchen to put it on the market. They gave a window of 8-10am and showed up at 11:30am. I should have know this was not going to be a good experience. When I arrived later in the day to inspect the work, I noticed that they damaged the walls around where the installation happened. I took photos and sent them and they denied any responsibility. What they didnt know is that I had just taken photos of that same area the day before and there is absolutely no damage. (See attached photos) I understand things happen and they were clearly in a rush and this wasnt the largest job, but they could have acknowledged what happened and we could have fixed it. I would NEVER recommend them for their lack of professionalism and lack of accountability.

1 February 20215 Star customer service experience and selection! They had a great selection of up-to-date quartzite, marble andgranite to choose from on the lot. We had our kitchen, master bath, fireplace, 3 double vanities in bedrooms and laundry room in our 5400 sqft home, completed in less than 14 days from the time we walked into their showroom. On the spot we picked out our Quartzite slabs. They had such beautiful choices it was easy to pick and price was never an issue, as they were very reasonable. Within 48 hours, Laura had them come to Franklin and measure. 2 days later they installed half the project! They by far exceeded our expectations in how they (Marcello) artistically cut the quartzite as we asked! It is so stunning! Oscar, Fernando and team installed with detail. They were very careful not to damage anything in our home and were so respectful and polite. The Owner, Rigo Vazquez showed up on numerous occasions during the project to oversee the installation. What a fantastic experience from start to finish!5 STARS

Let me start off by saying that I am a perfectionist. I built my cabinets by hand and did nearly all of my renovation myself. Naturally, its hard for me to step back and let someone else work on my project. These guys were amazing. I live an hour from Nashville and they came out, templated the kitchen, and had the countertops installed in 9 days. I have 2 seams, but you would never know it. I couldnt be happier and the price was extremely affordable. I will be using Granite Masters again and I would advise anyone to use them as well.

Granite masters did a wonderful job installing our quartz counters. They were well priced, quick turn around on measure and installation, and the fact the made a template to cut the counter from meant it fit perfect. Highly recommend!

I had contacted Granite Masters if Nashville through FB market place. They had advertised prices starting at $29/SF, which was affordable to me. I was asked where I lived and provided the address only to be told that they don’t normally come out to my area unless it was for final measurements, and I would have to wait until they had something in my area. I’m trying to sell my house, and really can’t wait around for GM to decide it’s actually worth their time and effort to come out to me. They advertise servicing such a large area, that includes me. So I guess if you don’t actually live in or very near to Nashville they don’t want your business

Disappointing installation even after it was fixed Beautiful product installed poorly. Wished I would have spent more money somewhere else to get a better outcome. The two pieces were not joined together accurately so the seam is rough and doesnt meet up correctly in the corner. Having them try to correct it wasnt much help. Once the install is messed up, the only real fix is a do-over. Sad and disappointing. Make sure you see the photos posted on Google maps of the results.

I had Granite Master of Nashville installed Luna Pearl on my rental property in December of 2016. I bought a sink and had them measured whether or not it could be fit. Of the 4 areas, he said only one could fit. I ended up used 3 sinks from Granite Master of Nashville and one purchased separately.My husband traveled 4 hours to the rental property to make sure everything was done properly. When they finish installed, my husband found that the drawer of the sink we purchased couldn’t put back. The crews did nothing and said they had to leave for another job and took off. My husband ended up stay an additional night there. We communicated the issue with the store they agreed to compensate us by giving us some discount. We took that discount since my husband needed to come back home on that day.Everything goes well until 4 months later, our tenant called and said she saw a hair line crack on the countertop. There was no dent on the countertop. Since Granite Master of Nashville has a LIFETIME WARRANTY sign on their website, I called them and had them took a look at the countertop. After looking at the countertop they said it will cost $250 to fix it and I need to pay $200. I am pretty upset with the crack we found 4 months later. Even with some “fix”, the crack may still be visible. I’m not sure what kind of LIFTIME WARRANTY they provided. If they don’t plan to back their promise, please just take down the sign so that they don’t mislead others. This is the first granite I had that only last 4 months. I have no clue how fragile this company’s countertop was. This could be just a coincident that the slab I got has an issue but charging me to fix it along with the LIFETIME WARRANTY sign they provided is just outrageous. The other countertop company heard my story and said if I was their customer, they will take care of the issue free of charge since they are giving LIFE WARRANTY as well. I’m curious what kind of benefit Granite Master of Nashville’s LIFETIME WARRANTY provide to their customer?

Just I met Rigo on Thursday to take measurements and they installed Tuesday morning only take 1 hours to install they are professional and very fast .high recommend also thank you Oscar for your good job .

About a month ago we went to Home Depot to look at bathroom counter tops. All manufactured, no one would help us and we couldnt find anyone in the granite area. It was Saturday in the afternoon, so we googled granite companies in Nashville to see if any were open. ONE. Granite Masters. Took a little drive over and talked with Vanessa. I had some measurements, so we looked at some stone outside and chose Grigio Fantasy Quartzite. Vanessa took us back inside AND GAVE US A BID SHEET!!!!! Wow, that usually takes forever. Then she set us up for measurements ON TUESDAY! Final bid was received Tuesday as well. On FRIDAY they installed three bathroom tops and sinks and one large laundry room top and sink. That timeline, less than one week, is unheard of anywhere. All absolutely fantastic. Im very picky and these guys met my expectations. It was so great, I went back the next month and asked for a kitchen measurement and bid. That took two days and the on Friday of the same week they installed the kitchen tops in the same Grigio Fantasy Quartzite. Family owned, the owner did my measurements and the second kitchen install on Friday of the same week. That kitchen is beautiful as well, and met all of our expectations.I would be remiss if I didnt mention the cutter. He worked with me on where the cuts should be and why. I thought I had a good idea, but he explained where the cuts should be and why it was important. This guy is an artist. The tops flow perfectly into the backsplash. Even more important, for the kitchen he had to join two slabs. He showed where the cuts would be and why on two sister slabs. ARTIST. Amazing how he made the two slabs look like one.I have had granite installed by two other companies. Ill never use anyone else but Granite Masters. If this seems long, its because I just cant say enough. Top notch in every phase.

Definitely the best in town. We absolutely LOVE our counter tops! We had a great experience....the process was very smooth and the results are amazing! Rigo was very professional and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The installation was very efficient and completed within a day. Im prefacing this review by saying Ive worked for a local Granite Co and my family owns a Granite Co in the northeast. I recognize quality in Customer Service from initial contact all the way through installation and my experience with Granite Masters of Nashville was EXCELLENT. They did an outstanding job on my 10 master vanity, beautifully notching around a very large beveled mirror. They even fixed missing grout on my new kitchen granite that ANOTHER company in Nashville installed. I was so unhappy with this former company I refuse to have them back into my home. I cannot say enough good things about Granite Masters of Nashville and will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for a first rate, quality job.

Granite Masters of Nashville proved to be professional in every respect. The installation exceeded my expectations. The cut and fit were spot on and all joints were tight to the point of being nearly invisible. The office and installation staff were considerate and cheerfully answered the many questions I had. We used Granite Masters about 3 years ago when we purchased our last home. The turn around time was quick and they did an beautiful job. So when we bought our new house about a month ago - we knew exactly who to call!We stopped in the store about a month ago and picked out our granite. What they say they will do and what they actually do... are not the same things. I experienced price changes, delivery delays and hidden fees. Luckily, I caught the red flags and canceled my order. Im going with a company I can trust. I recommend you do the same.Update: After talking further with the company they provide solid delivery dates and explanations. They are friendly. Ill update the review after delivery.Update: after talking Thewith the owner my concerns were addressed and the end product is fantastic. Ill go through them again.

Used them twice for a rehab. Turn around time is best available (less than 2 weeks). Have great selections and often discounts on nice stone. Install is top notch.On my second rehab I gave them the sink and I believe they dinged it up and also tossed the grate screen with it, but they didnt take responsibility. So minus 1 star (Id have given 4.5) for not taking care of my new sink and being dishonest. Thankfully Costco replaced the part under my credit card protection.I would use them again, but be careful to be present during install and if you give them a sink account for its condition.

I couldnt be happier with my quartz counter top! Vanessa was fantastic to work with from the moment I walked into their showroom. She was quick to answer all of my questions and walk me around their yard to point out differences in materials/costs. Once I made decision to purchase and signed my contract, I think the new counters were installed within 7 days. Oscar was in and out pretty quickly when creating the template and the installers were fantastic when lining up and blending the seam. Ill absolutely use them again when/if the need arises.

We are very happy with the product, pricing, and customer service of Granite Masters! We got new kitchen countertops. This was our first time purchasing our own countertops and having granite. We worked with Ana; she was helpful, kind, and worked hard to get us the best price. We were surprised at how affordable granite was and the speed with which they could install. Kevin was also helpful with a few questions after our installation and Oscar and Juan were speedy, efficient, and positive installers. They were willing to explain what they were doing and were in and out in and hour and a half. Highly recommend!

These guys are great ! They are all super sweet and their prices cant be beat. Their work is awesome, their turn around time is very quick. Oscar installed ours and he went above and beyond to make it all perfect. Miriam was wonderful throughout the whole process. We really appreciate these guys and their beautiful work. Price changed three times, then there were other charges not mentioned. Haul away fee for current countertop and had to call in a plumber after they left to put it all back together. Kevin promised me a cutting board to make up for all the miscalculations but I never got it. I would go with a more professional business next time.

I had gone to 3 or 4 other granite showrooms prior to discovering Granite Masters of Nashville and I am so thankful that I did! They had the perfect slab that we were looking for for our kitchen and their prices were much better than other competitors! The customer service representative who helped me (Milka) toured the granite lot with me and answered all of my questions. She was very helpful. They also had the shortest lead time of every other granite vendor I went to! Most other companies had at least a 3-week lead time. Fantastic service - from start to finish!Backstory: I had called a competitor (probably the main competitor) of Granite Masters of Nashville, only to be stood up when it came time for my in-home estimate, not only screwing up my schedule for the day, but also casting doubt on their integrity as a whole. Im one for first impressions, so if someone cant at least show up when they say, I dont really trust them work on my kitchen properly, etc etc. Granite Masters was totally professional and great to work with!

Just got new kitchen granite countertops, they had a great selection, Claudia was super friendly and helpful, scheduling and planning was perfect, price was very reasonable and the installers did a great job. Customer service with a smile - they had to come back and clean up a few spots on the countertops and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend them and will use them for future needs.

Vanessa was very patient and worked well with us. Issues that came up were cheerfully and quickly resolved. Great price and service. Thought there were swirl marks left on the surface of one countertop. Owner came out and was able to use razor, cleaner and polish to resolve. Cleaned and polished rest of counter tops again too. Had gone to Loews for another bid. By the time it finally arrived at the store after a wait for their subcontractor (Loews also charges a measure fee) to initially come out as well --total about three weeks time I had the install scheduled with GM within five days and it was done.

I would recommend this company to anyone! They were great from beginning to end. Affordable and a good selection.

If youre looking for top of the line exotic granite for a great price and professional installation this is the place to go!I did a lot of research on pricing, grade of the granite, etc and this company met all my expectations! They were friendly, efficient, professional and quick!I went to their lot on a Wednesday and looked at all the slabs, chose what I wanted and they installed 1 week later later (Thanksgiving fell on that Thursday so that could be why it was a week out)Heres what I learned through it all - Eliminate the middle man and go straight to the source! All other places I priced my granite had markups that ranged from $10 - $25 per sqft for Exotic granite. I was shocked at the price I could actually buy the granite that I wanted with Granite Masters. I also did not have a plumber and they referred one that charged me a flat rate vs by hour.Granite Masters took care of me on every aspect with the installation of my granite. I recently went and everyone was friendly specially Danira. She was able to answer all my questions. They have a lot of options to choose from. I will definitely be coming back with my husband to choose the countertop for our new kitchen.

This 3 star review is solely about the professionalism of the office when calling them. I had kitchen countertops installed and the guys did an excellent job. One part of the order was left at the store unfortunately, and the office workers continued to put me off for almost another week before finally completing the job.Response to the owners reply - Please stop with the serial lying. I was told at the time of installation that the cutting board was forgotten at the store, not submit a review before we complete the order.Other potential buyers - the installation job is top notch, just beware, if they dont bring the whole order the 1st time, they will drag their feet to finish. Also, be weary of all the reviews, the company tries to manipulate the not-so-good reviews instead of learning from the honest feedback.

These guys are phenomenal and thats saying the least. They are time punctual and very courteous. Im actually going to have them do more work for me (a lot more). So let me start here with why Im extremely satisfied, the first call made to them, I got Mrs. Vanessa on the phone and she was very helpful even though I called her multiple times trying to be sure that she was telling me the right quote. Reason for the calls were, I had MC granite come out and do quote and it was a substantial amount but I was willing to pay for it, only issue was they couldnt get to me as quick as I wanted. Without knowing what MC Granite quoted me, Vanessa, from Granite masters, quoted me a price substantially lower than the previous company which had me feeling like something wasnt right. The contract was issued and they gained a customer quickly, especially after the fact that they have a 7 day turnaround after initial template. Ffw to the day I walked in their showroom and was utterly amazed with the craftmanship there. As Im signing the contract and paying my deposit which is 75 percent, Mrs. Vanessa sees my ID and says, Sir, since youre a Veteran, you get a 10 percent material cost discount. At this point Im completely floored at the fact that they beat out the competition (I ended up pricing 3 well known companys in Nashville and they beat them with a steel bat) without knowing what my initial quotes were and on top of that, I get more for less with a 10 percent Veterans discount. Now, these incredibly strong young men, came to my house and within 20 mins, removed my old stuff and were done within 1 hour with placing more than 70 square foot of heavy granite in my kitchen and they didnt take any shortcuts. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with what I got and i recommend them for all your needs when it comes to granite or any other stone. They do soooooo much more, just stop in and see their showroom floor. I love this company and will never do business with anyone else. When choosing granite marble for my kitchen, I went to three different suppliers. I was very pleased to find that Granite Masters carry quality material. Vanessa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the different types of natural and manmade granite materials. She also was prompt to my requests for quotes. Another helpful person was Jeff, the manager. He was professional throughout the process, and despite a few hiccups with installation, the owners really went the extra mile to make sure we had the kitchen of our dreams. Broken granite. Brand new. Full price. Took too long to call it in so they charged to repair. Ok. Fine. Crack not fixable and still wanted money? Very unprofessional. Tried to blame the crack on me and threatened about the warranty. Left without finishing the glue and polish. Cannot recommend. These people do not care about you, your home, your hard earned money. Not even an apology. Picture on left is fixed product. Thank you!Reply via email:Hello! I just wanted to say that granite cracks will never be 100% fixed. Once a crack or stain is in it, we can only hope that it’s fixable. We do, and bring, anything we can to fix something but there is never a 100% guarantee. I texted you to let you know he would have to see it and evaluate before anything. Our highly experienced technician took time out of his day to go to your home to do what he can to fix it,  after you demanded someone go to your home because you were getting ready to sell it. You called us 1 year later of your actual install which Is completely irrational that’d you want us to spend time, materials, and labor for free. Had you called earlier we could’ve replaced the piece for FREE if that crack had been done by us but there’s no way of telling when the crack actually opened up. The glue he was going to put in it would’ve prevented it opening up more. But since you rushed him out of your home then the crack is no longer our concern. Our warranty states you have 1 week to make any claims about cracks, seams, stains, and we can fix or replace for free, its been a year. Have a great day

Installed 71 sq. ft. in my kitchen last week and it is beautiful. After checking out Lowes and HD I went to the internet and it did not take long to find this company where it seems most everyone recommended it for quality installation, product and the best pricing. I took a visit to their fabrication shop and found a family business, Jeff and Miriam answered all my questions, Jeff came and did the template on Thursday and then Jeff and Oscar came the next Wednesday braving the snow and ice to do the installation. Took about 5 1/2 hours to install, paying attention to all the details, very thorough making sure everything was perfect. I have no hesitation to recommend GM to anyone that needs a counter top.

Found them after three stops at other places that we not open for a small piece for a breakfast bar. Very impressed with the customer service and skilled craftsmanship. Seems to be family owned so you know they take a little more pride in the work. We will be back to have them do the rest of the kitchen.You will not beat the price, better quality product and WAY less then Home Depot and others, we checked! We saved so much, Im getting an inground pool!

Dani Lopez was wonderful to work with she walked with us around the property to pick out the Granite that we wanted, and was very Knowledgeable about her job, she was also very patient with me because i changed my mind a couple of different times. I also dont know the difference between Marble and Granite but she did. They did my Kitchen, my Walkin in Pantry and my Butlers Pantry, I would highly reccomend them. I will definetly be using them Again. Thank you again Dani for all your help!

I got helped by Danira and she was amazing helping me with my countertops needs and any question i had about my options great worker!

The installers conducted themselves in a very professional and courteous manner. That was the best part of the experience. Heres the negative. Two counter top pieces had to have cutouts. One for the sink, done at the shop due to the edge surfacing, and one for the stove top which was cut after they installed that piece on the island. We had granite dust everywhere. It was very evident on the front of the lower cabinet doors and dishwasher and it was on everything in the drawers that had to be removed for the installation. The installers had a shop vac they used while they cut which got a lot of the dust but not all by any means. Why wasnt this cut at the shop or outside? When the stove top was put back in there was a lot of slop in the fit. Turns out the stove cutout was a full inch larger in both dimensions than what was in the old counter top. This seems to be a policy they follow, evidently for the event a replacement stove requires a slightly larger cutout. We are going to have to use double sided foam tape to stabilize the stove. Claudia quoted the price in cash. We told her we would write a check for the 3/4 down payment, that were not going to carry a couple thousand dollars around and we wanted a paper trail. We gave her the check while at the shop to pick out the granite since they ran out of our original selection. Back at home we were looking on the GMoN website and found out that edge finishes other than quarter round are available, both for free and for additional charge. This was never mentioned by Claudia. We gave the check for the final 1/4 payment to the installers when the job was done. Claudia called the next day to ask how it went. We told her that the installers were very polite and courteous. We told her that we thought the stove cutout was too large and there was no response. She then asked when they were going to get the final payment. We told her the check was given to the installers. I am guessing the installers are contracted by GMoN since there was no business name on the truck. The new counter tops look very nice. A lot of the negative of this experience could probably have been avoided if we had known then what we know now. A relative used them and recommended them. After our installation we asked the relative about the dust and they said they had some but evidently it didnt bother them as much as it did us.

We were shopping around for the lowest price and we were so thankful we found Granite Masters. They had exactly what I was looking for.Jeff was great throughout the process. It took several months from the time I contacted him until we were ready for the counter tops to be templated. He came out when he said he would and the work was finished as promised. Jeff and his team were professional and the coubter tops are beautiful! Thanks again and I will definitely tell everyone about you guys!

I ordered counter tops from GMoN and agreed three weeks ago that the install date would be 5/26/2018. Now (four days until install) they are trying to reschedule. Before I ordered my granite counter tops I asked Anyssa Villanueva from GMoN if the delivery date of 5/26/2018 was good for them. They said it was a good date. I had my kitchen measured on 5/5/2018 and the contract was signed on 5/15/2018. The deposit (75%) was paid on 5/17/2018. Now we are four days before the install date and I received an email saying that the workers will be off that day and we will have to reschedule. I have been in communication with GMoN for three weeks about this install date and every time I have communicated with them they were certain the install would take place on 5/26/2018. I have taken this time off of work and I cannot reschedule this appointment.I am a real paying customer. This is how they do their business. Buyer beware!
