They only have one drive-thru window open for Pharmacy instead of two. So there is always a long line of cars waiting. They are extremely slow whether you go in or wait at drive-thru. This is a problem and very frustrating when you are sick and cannot get meds in a timely manner.
There was a short wait, but nothing out of the ordinary for any office or clinic. Staff was personable and very informative. I was in for a sick visit- got my checkup, strep test, and covid test in about 20 minutes, and received my results in just over 24 hours.Im not going to pretend I know how insurance works, but I handed them my insurance card when I got there, and left paying $0.
How about 0 stars? Buyer Beware $$$$$$ ...this is *not* your traditional Walgreens retail WALK-IN CLINIC you see everywhere else, offering reasonable walk-in care prices. My daughter went there for a sore throat and after insurance and a $20 copay that she should not have had to pay, we apparently owe > $300 for a short visit which included multiple irrelevant tests. The prices are outrageous for the services offered. And they referred her to an allergist that keeps calling her for a follow up. What a racket.
Amazing experience! Virtually no wait to be seen. The provider, Aureata Majors, was so patient and knowledgeable. She did a thorough exam and explained everything in terms I could understand. She even helped me find a cheaper generic version of the medication I needed! I never expected this level of care from a walk-in clinic!
Saw the nurse for 10 minutes. She didnt help at all--didnt even give me any meds. Charged $300 for something I already knew I had. Thanks a lot
Great experience. in and out in under 30 min. Both ladies were very nice and personable.
My husband saw sinthavong, np yesterday at the bellmeade clinic.Symptoms last 4+ weeks. Productive Cough yellow green, rust colored, malaise, sore throat. She prescribed otc Flonase and mucinex. If someone is sick X 4 weeks, something is going on. I will contact public affairs for the poor diagnosis. It plainly states on the discharge instructions to seek medical care with worsening symptoms.....4 weeks and OTC MUCINEX AND Flonase were “prescribed” You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to “prescribe” this. Now he has to go to ANOTHER competent provider to get help. Waste of time and money.I am an RN at Vanderbilt. I had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH THE NP at HendersonvilleWe will never return to this Walgreens clinic
Waited over an hour for a flu shot & I made an appointment online. When Vanderbilt took it over, the Walgreens website appointments did not sync. Will not be returning.
