The doctor was EXTREMELY NICE & CARING.......but the cost is high EVEN WITH INSURANCE. I have United healthcare now which I rarely have insurance cause for me only having slight asthma in extreme heat and routine checkups its throwing away money unless youre one that needs lots of doctor visits. I told them I just needed to visit because I didnt have a regular doctor and was needing an inhaler. They checked blood pressure, temperature, brief talk & checked weight all for a $260 visit which insurance only paid $39.99 which left me owing $220.01 for a small walk in clinic. My insurance says something about them being out of network or something to do with them being a privately owned hospital. I dont know 🤦🏻‍♀️ all I do know is I will never go there again, that was a very expensive inhaler, been better off using a brown paper bag 🙄

I have now visited this clinic two times. Once about a year ago with a severe rash and now today with some sort of a respiratory infection. Both times the health care provider was S. Francis. I have been VERY pleased with the care and service here. I must admit, I was a bit nervous both times because of the negative reviews. But, both times I have visited, I have found the people were very caring and took care of my problems both times. I would certainly recommend.

Easy to sign in and since I do most of my healthcare services through Vanderbilt, they had access to most of my healthcare history. Staff was knowledgeable and nice. I presented with a bad cough and the NP took the time to explain to me what was causing my symptom as well as additional information about what treatment he recommends. If you regularly work with Vanderbilt, Id highly recommend going here since they will have access to most of your information already. Since there is only one person doing check-ups and with the amount of time he spent with me, I could see it taking some time to be seen. Recommend bringing a book if you go at peak hours.

Came in with a pretty bad sinus infection. Was told by a nurse practitioner that is was viral. I told her that Ive had this sinus infection that kept traveling from my nose to my throat for about a month and green stuff comes out which indicates there is a bad infection. She told me it was scientifically proved that green mucus is considered normal (in what universe??). so she sent me home telling me to rest and drink water and gave me some cough suppressing medicine. Well, 2 rounds of antibiotics later and trips to ENT im finally better. I so basically wasted almost $50 .Dont waste your time or money and go to the real doctor.

I waited over 2 hours to be seen and my flu test was negative but my boyfriends was positive yesterday, but every symptom under the sun. Miserably sick and i was sent home and told to eat honey.....no medicine to help with symptoms, nothing. Honey. I have never felt so angry over a doctors visit in my entire life. The lady who took my vitals was amazing, but the nurse practioner himself was condescending and could care less. I will not be back.

I was at the Walgreens Clinic on Thursday 11/17/2016 because I had a bad ear ache and cough. I logged in and sat down waiting to be seen. Aureata Majors came up to me and told me she had several appointments before she could see me and it would be 11:30 before I could be seen. I told her that was fine, I would wait. I was so nice of her to inform me in case I had other things to do.When I finally saw her, she was very nice, professional and informative. I had a very good appointment with her and would recommend her to all my family and friends. The prescription she gave me took care of my acute ear infection, laryngitis and cold. Thank you so much for explaining everything and being so fun at the same time.

I used to love this clinic but it has went downhill. It became a plus when they went under Vanderbilt as we are patients. However Feb 5, 2019 I arrived around 11:20am to see a sign saying they’d be back at 2:00pm. I returned at 1:50 pm lights off and sign gone so I signed in. 2:15pm the NP comes out and announces he’s short-handed and calls off a list of people that signed in. I was the first patient as I saw everyone else sign in. I informed him of this which he didn’t seem to empathize. Then after his spill on long wait times, he announces they can’t test for the flu...are you serious?? That sign should have been posted the first time I went there before they stepped out. I use that clinic because I love the pharmacy but if you have signs saying high flu volume is found in the area why didn’t you try to get more kits?? So I was able to save a spot at CVS and that’s what I’ll do for now on until they get more organized.

Not very professional. Many things should not be said and didn’t care for the NP attitude. Won’t be going back to this location. I’ve dealt with friendlier staff at different locations.

This is NOT a walk-in clinic. It is an Urgent Care Clinic. The difference is the charge I am now getting from Vanderbilt for $177! That is right, $177 for a cough and nasal congestion. I must also mention that I was mis-diagnostics and given a prescription for steroid pills. When my symptoms got worst I went to a different clinic, CVS. Here I was told that steroid pills were given when there was congest in the lungs NOT nasal. So I am now stuck with a $177 bill for the wrong medicine. To top it off I called the number listed on the bill and was told that all they could do was file an appeal which could take 4-6 weeks. So now I have to check in every few weeks as apparently they dont have a system in place to update me.Go to a NON Vanderbilt facility! I hope this post saves at least one person from this crazy expense.

Best health clinic for out of town travelers! I was working in Nashville and started tofeel awful. Went to the urgent care closest to the Gaylord and the nurse practitioner was a pro! She had no plans to give me antibiotics and I had no plans to get a strep test because at 60 I’ve never had strep! She said that strep was still something I could get even if I had never had it! She gagged me with a QTip and tested that yuck and beyond all expectations it was positive. I have been turning down these tests for at least 10 years thinking I was immune and there is not such thing. I was a carrier and then got it! Thank you for being so kind and informative Aureata L. Majors ARPN!Strep is so bad I’ve not felt this ill since my childhood and had she not talked me into the test I’m sure I would be in the hospital!

I waited for over an hour before I had to leave. There were only two people in front of me, and they had been waiting for over an hour as well. Both exam rooms were not being used when I decided to leave and go to a different Vanderbilt clinic.

You might be looking at a wait for the minute clinic. I had to come back after their lunch (1:45 is when they return)... so I came at 1:30 and was the first seen. Nurse practitioner was very professional.
