Very helpful staff at the Nashville location. As a general contractor I have found that harbor freight is a better option on certain items than the usual supply houses.

Went there for an engine brace after their website showed that they had them in stock. When I got there I was informed that the website was wrong and the only one there was the display. I asked if I could purchase the display and was quickly told no. I asked for the employee to ask the manager if he would make an exception since the website was wrong. The manager sent the employee out of the office with a confirmed no. They need a lesson in customer service and hopefully a one star review will get them one from upper management.

I found what I needed and at a decent price. It would be nice if any of the employees were able to help me or had any knowledge of tools. Ive been to other locations where they seem to know a lot, but this location doesnt seem to have that same focus

They have a one for paying with credit. I just drive in, pay with GPay by holding my phone in front of it and wait for the gate to open.After the wash there are vacuum cleaner for both sides of the car. Also towels for drying the car and some spray for cleaning.Happy car wash!

They always go over and beyond. I needed a certain size of bolt/metal cutters and they went to the back to see it was in stock! Great customer service. Ive been going there for years now.

This Harbor Fraight is closest to my house and the one I always go to. Cant say enough good things about it. If you are new to whole HF experience and might heard conflicting information about quality of their tool, here is my two cents about it - Im a automotive technician and as a beginner, 15 years ago, I was buying a lot of their tools, I would say about 75% of all the tools I bought there are still doing what they suppose to do. So, dont believe anybody who tells you different. The main thing is - if you spend 20$ on the set of sockets and they start braking left and right - throw it in the trash and consider the one what works 20$ set a 40$ one:) still way chipper then buying a 300+$ set of sockets from name brand tool truck. That helps build your tool bank faster and like I mentioned earlier, in a lot of cases for a long time use.Hope it helps someone.

Nice clean store friendly people

A DIYers kind of store. Visited Harbor Freight for the first time last week and was like a kid in a candy store. I didnt recogonize many of the tool brands but then again I usually dont care about the brands of my tools as long as they work and do the job. They have a great return policy (90 days I believe) if youre not satisfied.For those that enjoy doing your own projects or dont have the money to pay someone else or both, this is a great store to start with for tools and accessories. Tools are expensive regardless of where you go but I think youll be pleasantly surprised by the quality and cheap price this store has to offer. Sign up for the discount program as there are some good deals shared to their members.

Last Friday after searching all over middle TN and was on the heels of having to drive to Huntsville to find what we needed for my dads tillers. We got help from the manager, Matt, who tracked down the motors we needed and let us know they would be there first thing in the morning. Everyone employee I passed by greeted me or offered help if I needed it. Matt even helped me to my car with the motors.The variety of “freight” was abundant! I will be moving soon and I will need some of those packing blankets they have for a great price.Great experience by Harbor Freight on Lebanon Road.

This is a pretty good discount tool store. The staff is friendly and helpful if they know what youre looking for. I dont suggest buying drill bits here because they wont last but everything else Ive gotten here has been of reasonable quality and reasonably priced.

Way out of my way and was very disappointed to see that Harbor Freight no longer offers decent prices on tool boxes. Total bust, never going back. Mind as well get Craftsman for that price!

I need to replace knife for work. Finding what I needed was quick and easy. There were some replacement disposable tile blades that may be useful to open boxes. Kaeli was cheerful!!!!

This location is clean, well organized and efficient. Store no longer has heavy rubber import odor. Staff is helpful but not all mdse is the best of quality.

My dad and my daughters dad love harbor freight tools they have great prices and if you get there fire which everybody does I’ve got a 20% off coupon and also you can get a free item with every purchase so I always get my dad a gift card from there for just about every occasion birthday Christmas whenever I can because he loves it he can go and take $20 and come out there with bag full of stuff we got our safe there we’ve gotten so much stuff there tarps just so many things they’ve got there at great prices compared to some of the other two places that are pretty expensive of course they’re limited they don’t have it I believe people that are put in flooring like Home Depot and Lowe’s does but they are great for your basic tool needs and even around the house needs women men we can all find stuff there that we need guarantee you

This is my toy store. Ive always received friendly help. I recently just bought a canister steamer from Harbor Freight. That steamer is a powerhouse. Its a great buy.

Its a hardware store, plain and simple. Theyve got an extensive collection of tools, lots of their own brand, but they offer seemingly more reliable options. The employees were friendly and made sure that I was able to find the specific things I was looking for. Their prices are low and they offer tons of sales frequently. If youre looking for something specific, then theyre more than likely to help you find it. My only complaint is that I wish there was one closer to downtown. 10/10

Friendly and helpful staff. Almost everything goes on sale or has a coupon. So get a HF app to see best prices and get your tools while cheaper. Or wait till next sale. And if it a need it now use the 20% off and a free item and it still a great deal.

This is essentially a collection of Chinese made tools and some household items. Some are a really good deal for a 2nd quality. Much of it reminds me of buying the cheaper warranty car battery. Itll likely work for a while but die on you/be more of a hassle than if u bought the better brand. So just check the reviews for EVERY important product and know some are junk like tin snips shear-jaws dont meet/cant cut ANYTHING. Some things are really great deals especially if u use the online coupon app for 20%off & free items like LED lights. Inventory and freebie deals are reduced from Trumps tarrifs and Covid so might not be as screaming deals. The hand wrenches are generally good/work fine, compressors okay for home owner. So be aware of reviews like appliance handtruck wheels break easy means it breaks on moving day strapped to your fridge/dryer...thats a huge $ cost for the moving van rental/people sitting on their hands+emergency purchase a real one/try to rent one from U-haul (whos out)...

I going to the Donleson Harbor Freight because they are better stocked than the Antioch one. Even though I live in Antioch.

Im giving a 4 star cause usually they are great but the Lebanon rd. Location sucked. The cashier was an old lady that was extremely rude and disrespectful. Got on the intercom and accused me of trying to steal... I have money. I dont need to steal. I have never stolen anything in my life. Will never go back to that location.

Service was great and things easy to find

I get that it’s close to closing and you want to go home, but the lady working tonight was so rude. Not so much as a hello when we walked in the door- literally just barked at us, “You’ve got 15 minutes.” The next person who came in, same thing - no greeting at all, just - “You’ve got 8 minutes.” I’ve never felt less welcome in a store. She’s not much for customer service but she sure knows how to keep track of time.

They carry lots of affordable tools and home/yard/garage stuff that anywhere else would be at least twice the cost. A lot of it isnt what Id call pro-grade, but if youre a homeowner or the casual DIYer theyve got a lot of what youll need.

You can’t beat Harbor Freight. This place has the deals, the service, and all the right equipment to keep you coming back for more cheap tools. Don’t let that lady at the checkout get ahold of you though, you’ll be signed up for 50+ mailing lists for the rest of your life. Still worth it.

Good location. Inventory was a little light. Call ahead prior to making the trip to make sure they have the item you are looking for. (for big ticket items)

An awesome low cost place to buy decent tools. Not the super highest quality, but at these prices, they beat other big box retailers with higher prices hands down.

We found what we wanted quickly, but seemed a little slow checking out. And, they were out of FREE item. This has happened at this store before. No substitute, just offered raincheck. Well, if you arent going back real soon, and live 20 miles across town, that isnt helpful.
