I could not have asked for a more pleasant and professional experience. Dr. Williams and her colleagues were outstanding to deal with and were very attentive and focused on meeting my hearing requirements. If you are experiencing hearing issues I highly recommend visiting Brentwood Hearing Center.

I just turned 50 and was really worried about getting hearing aids. I really appreciated the patience and attention I received from Rachel and Tania. They were both great and Rachel especially went above and beyond to help me figure out a few technical issues. My Phonak hearing aides have made a world of difference.

After dealing with Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson, I can tell you that this place is a breath of fresh air. They are respectful and read your file before coming in. I take my 2 young boys there and they love it!

The service there was great. But the customer service after the fact was garbage. Please don’t waste your time. It was a waste of trip that they did nothing to my daughter and still sent us a bill saying they did. Like I said. Don’t waste your time going there.

Dr. Tania Williams has been on my A List for 12+ years now! Just got a new set today; Oticon OPN2s with the TV unit.Excellent aids and enjoyed Movie Night tonight with the family; and my own volume control via the Samsung/Android App! Thanks Tania! You and all at BHC are the BEST!!!

With Brentwood Hearing Center caring for me, I have been able to interpret for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children in a school system even though I am Hard of Hearing myself. I was ready to give up because I could not clearly hear the teachers, but Brentwood Hearing fitted me with a system that has kept me going. I began having ringing in the ears and hearing loss over 5 years ago. I went to a hearing doctor and was told learn to live with it. They offered no help or options. This year I was determined to try again to help myself. I am so glad that I did. I went to 3 hearing doctors and the first two were very poor experiences. I thought about giving up but then I found Brentwood Hearing Center and Tania Williams. She conducted an extensive hearing test and went over the results with me. She answered all my questions and gave me all my options. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. I am now wearing my hearing aids proudly. I just went for my follow up visit and could not be happier. Coping with hearing loss and 24/7 ringing in the ears is not fun. Now I can enjoy conversations with friends and co-workers. It has made a big difference in my life. Brentwood Hearing Center is the best. Thank you for your help and my new ears!!
