Stephen and his team are the A1 choice for smart home integration. I used them to install several nest cameras and for a complicated tv project that required running an outlet to an inconvenient location. We bought a new house where Stephen had installed the Nest system for the previous owner, who so kindly left us no instruction on how to use/transfer. We called Stephen on a Sunday night at 9:00 pm, and he answered and walked us through the set up process at no charge. I installed my Nest thermostat on my own but was having issues with the heating. I called them for help and was told to send him a picture of the wiring. He immediately knew what was wrong and it was an easy fix! He didnt charge me anything since it was just over the phone which I really appreciated. Even though I never dealt with them in person, I could tell just over the phone they were very knowledgeable and professional.

Stephen has installed one Nest Outdoor camera and two Nest thermostats for me. He is prompt, professional, and does a really good and clean job with the installs. He is also very responsive if I have questions, and his turn around time from me contacting him to him being able to come and complete the installs is very quick. He also is flexible when it comes to the time of day he comes out. I have not had to take off from work because he has worked with me.As a matter of fact when I had an appointment for him to come and install the outdoor camera my wife was 9 months pregnant. Turns out we thought she was going into labor so I contacted Stephen to cancel. A little later on we discovered that it was a false alarm and our little one was not coming that evening. I reached out to Stephen even though it was after the initial time that he was set to come out to tell him and he still came out that evening and did the install. Talk about great customer service! He has my full recommendation.

I recently installed a Nest thermostat when I replaced my HVAC unit but continued to have problems with the settings. I called Stephen to discuss the issue and he immediately knew what was the problem, explained to me how to fix it and its now working like a champ. As I didnt have a major job for Stephen, getting me a quick response and explaining what was wrong was a tremendous help. I could only imagine how well he would do on a major job and would highly recommend using him on any smart home additions you plan to do to your own home or business.

Stephen was on time and professional. He connected 3 cameras for us and did not have to do any drilling or cutting which was nice. He understood where to place the cameras to maximize the angle. He also did a good job of keeping the look of them clean. He helped set up the cameras to the app and made sure all of them were working properly before he left. I would highly recommend!

I found them from my neighborhood app and they had great reviews. I know why! They were extremely helpful setting up our outdoor nest after I had issues with the connection. I loved that they had access to texting! This made things very easy for me to communicate and they helped me in less than 30 min!

Where do I start?! Stephen knows his stuff. I had a rough idea of what I needed for my new East Nashville house but Nashville Smart Homes took everything to a new level. After getting a very expensive quote from traditional security companies for security cameras Stephen explained the many benefits of the Nest Camera line so we went with Nest for both exterior and interior cameras. Also since we installed so many cameras they hooked us up with the Google WiFi system that took our AT&T Fiber connection to a new level. All said and done our internet is blazing fast and our cameras give us a peace of mind money cant buy. Oh, did I mention the cameras even look great! I highly recommend the expertise of Stephen and the Nashville Smart Home team.

Stephen did a terrific job setting up a Nest doorbell, a couple Nest cameras, and Google Wifi for us. Hes extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to get everything set up quickly. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and really knows his stuff. When we encountered one snafu, he quickly fixed it. All in all it saved me a couple weekends of stumbling through a DIY installation. I had a nest 3rd generation thermostat installed and a nest doorbell cam. The doorbell cam was installed just fine. No problems. The thermostat was not installed correctly so the AC would not turn on the compressor. I didnt discover this problem until it got hot out. Soooo... I had to have a HVAC professional connect the one incorrectly installed wire. So one home run and one strike out. In the end it caused inconvenience and extra expense. Note - I do love both nest products. For Nest thermostats I suggest getting an HVAC company do it, cheaper and they know all the correct wiring for all HVAC.
