DO NOT USE REDDY ICE !!!!! I have had a two door machine on the property since the business opened, regularly refilled every other week. Last week they came twice to fill the machine, the driver said the machine was broken so he wasnt going to fill it. I told him to tell his supervisor (who he called in front of me on 6/16) that I needed the machine repaired and filled by 6/22. On 6/22 nobody had shown up to repair or fill the machine, I called the company and was told a service ticket was never put in for it, and it would take at least 48 to 72 hours to get a tech out to repair the machine. I said that was not possible since I had a event the next day with over 400 people and I need ice. The call center said they would do what they could. On 6/23 at 10:00am I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor answered the phone I told him the problem I was having, and I had guest arriving in a few hours, he stated to me that he saw on our file that an ice delivery tried to come twice the week before and didnt fill the machine because it was broken he would call the plant manager and get me a portable cooling trailer and ice by 11:30 am. At 1pm on 6/23 I called back and asked to speak to the same supervisor, he was unavailable so they put me into another supervisor, I told her the same story and how I had guest currently arriving and I needed a machine and ice and what the previous supervisor had said. She stated she would call me back in 20 minutes and have a machine and ice headed my way. I never did receive a call back and sent one of my employees to buy ice from a gas station. On 6/24 the Reddy ice tech showed up and said the machine was fine and he doesnt know why they wouldnt fill it. I called back to Reddy Ice and got the same call center rep as the day before, she asked for my company name and said Oh I talked to you yesterday I stated she had she asked me what I wanted I told her I wanted the machine off of my property. She said oh I guess they didnt get you ice, I told her I wanted it off my property that day, and with in 3 hours they had some one here to pick it up. Not once have I gotten a phone call about how multiple people in there company screwed up, Every time I talked to a supervisor they stated they had messed up and it wasnt my companies fault. It is funny how they can come so quickly to get a machine but FIX it or FILL it takes 48 to 72 hours. If you want POOR customer service use this company, if you want GOOD customer service I recommend any other company besides them. DONT USE REDDY ICE
