We have been trying to get our building set up on an already existing account for over a month now. The guy FINALLY brought the initial set up. Hampers and initial drop of rags and aprons. We cant get in touch with either him or the driver to come get the dirties and bring fresh clean. We are having to go get them from other locations we have.THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!I would recommend using someone else for your laundry needs.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this company. BE AWARE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Gave this company more than enough tries to fix their on going issues and inconsistencies. After being passed on to multiple people not caring about my small business, I got hit with a buyout option that is an outrageous amount of money. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT.

No GROWTH with This Company I wasted too much time when I could’ve made BETTER money else where!

This is absolutely the worst company to be in business with. Employees have bad attitudes and do not provide all of the services that we pay for. If you decide to use this company even after all the bad reviews, make sure you check everything before your service tech walks out the door. We have called to complain and have given this company the opportunity to make things right. Not only did they not, the service manager refuses to let us close our account because we signed an agreement. In this day and age, this is not how to run a business.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to, otherwise itd zero stars. Cintas refuses to sew on our company patches, opting instead for iron-on, which start peeling off after just a few washes. Half of my shirts no longer have no company patches. Ive sent multiple complaints via email, and included my cellphone number, yet no one has ever replied or bothered to call.The latest delivery of laundered uniforms... OMG, rust coloured stains on shirts & pants of mine and several co-workers uniforms... see attached photo. Also, weve been out of the orange repair request bags for over 3 weeks. Any company even *considering* using Cintas should seriously find an alternative. If I had any say in the choice of a uniform vendor, Cintas would not be on the list.

Been waiting for almost 3 months to get 7 long sleeve shirts. Wish my company used Unifirst.

One star says it all. Otherwiae it would be no star. 8 weeks to finally get pants but still no shirts. You would think a company that provides a service for some one who isnt required to wear a uniform would give better service. It only took 8 weeks to get my pants and they tried to patronize me by giving me medium shirts. I suppose they wanted to make it look like they were making an effort. For the money I would voluntarily spend to rent these uniforms I can buy Dickies work pants and T shirts for as much money as I would spend a year paying them for their lack of service. Yes I will be returning the pants and canceling the service if the shirts arent in my locker September 11, 2017
