She helped me to find my kitchen and vanity faucets, shower system, lighting fixtures and ceiling fans for my home renovation project. The good news is that I found a tub which would work for me. The bad news is that it ended there. A week later, I have yet to receive the estimate that was promised within a day or so. How long can paperwork for a bathtub take? Nothing says your business isn’t important to us, than this kind of experience. You might ask... why didn’t I call my salesman? Because the experience I had with him was rushed. Because he never asked me about my budget (which was wide open). Because I expressed an interest in vessel sinks, which he didn’t respond to. Because I enquired about a lovely inlaid sink, which he didn’t respond to. I looked at multiple sink cabinets which had great organizational components inside and average design/materials on the outside. I realized I’d have to go elsewhere for something more creative. So... he wrote up the tub and hardware for me and was never heard from again. It must be said that my salesman was nice, he was just nonplussed at working with me. In the end, I’m going to be hiring a contractor and designer to do a much larger job, so maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

This is a beautiful showroom and everyone that works here is genuinely friendly. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I did not make an appointment, but Dennis made me feel like my project was important. I left feeling like I wasnt just a transaction. I have been in other showrooms in the area and was never even acknowledged while I was inside. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing customer service experience. I was ready to buy three light fixtures and no one would help me. The receptionist offered no assistance and the two salespeople stayed on the phone while I waited at least 15 minutes. The receptionist told them I was looking for fixtures and they offered no attempt to help me or to get off the phone. They didn’t even ask for my number when I walked out. Luckily, I discovered Heritage lighting and found four light fixtures to purchase with excellent service.

Charly Potter was so nice and helpful to me. I am a new home owner and had no idea what I was doing or what I needed at all. She took extra time with me to make sure I got all that I needed and was so polite and helpful! I will be going here for all my bath and kitchen needs!

I have been renovating my house for the past 7 months and PDI and Brian Baty were a huge part in making this renovation a success. Brain took the time to explain the entire process of adding a new bathroom to my house. Not only did he explain the process, but he and his team did exactly what they said they would do in the exact time they said they would. From helping us pick out faucets, an air-bubble tub, to all the lighting he considered our needs and always made the process not only easy, but a very pleasant one. If we had a change request he immediately took care of it - no questions, no hassle - he just took care of it. This quality seems to be rare today buy Brian and the entire PDI staff were simply exceptional. I would highly recommend Brian and PDI.

I stopped at PDI in near panic 4:00 Friday afternoon before Memtisl Day weekend. Our kitchen faucet had sprung a leak and I desperately needed something in stock. Lorrie Riley asked if I needed help. I explained my situation and Lorrie immediately started showing me faucets she knew were in stock.With in 20 minutes of entering the store, I was on my way to the PDI warehouse to pick up my faucet. With, I want to add, the guarantee that someone would wait for me if I got caught in traffic and didn’t get there until after 5. Excellent service!! I can’t wait to go back for lighting.

I just finalized on my Condo at the beginning of the week and have begun the decorating process. After stopping by Ferguson I was a little discouraged because there was nothing with a Wow Factor. After leaving and driving down Sidco, I had to make a U-Turn. The Lights in the window at PDI.. I couldnt resist, I was like a moth to a flame. I was greeted with the warmest welcome and guided through the showroom by the sweetest most patient associate, Charly. I cant say enough great things about her. She helped me move a 62x62 art piece over by a lighting fixture that just had me in awe. This was above and beyond, but she also understood how important it was to make sure that every detail of my place was just right. She spent time with me, making sure that there was no stone unturned and gave me her honest opinion. Charly You Rock Girl. I will be back!
