The young man that responded to me for my cat tree house was very prompt in getting back to me each time I texted him!! The product he sold me was cheaper than all the other cat trees I had been looking at and this one was still in the box and never opened! Inside the store the young man was very professional and courteous. He explained about his store and what all he sales, in that being said he has a very nice store that doesnt only sale cookware but also he sales pet items! I most definitely without a doubt continue buying my pet needs from this store!!
