I came in last week looking for new lights to put in my new home and was greeted by Essence at the front desk. She was very nice and knowledgeable and maintained a smile and positive attitude with me asking a million and one questions!

I shopped there about a week ago and the lady at the front desk was very resourceful and polite. I was unsure of the lighting I wanted but she was able to help me choose. She was great!

Bryan helped us pick the lighting for our new build. He was fun and easy to work with, and so helpful, even going the extra mile to look for things online not shown in the store. It was a very pleasant experience.

Went there to bring our lighting fixture to fix. All the store person were very professional and knowledgeable. Especially the guy who took care of us were the best. We went so many different places to fix the same fixture, but nobody was able to but the people here fixed very fast. While we were waiting, we looked around the store. They have a lot of nice lighting which we never seen in anywhere else.

I contacted Hermitage in an effort to locate some components to hang a fixture which had varying calibers of threaded rods. I was connected to Derrick Hayes, their City Counter Manager. He offered to see if he had something that could work although Hermitage did not sell these products as a rule. After he had made multiple trips to the back, he provided me with several pieces of hardware which allowed the fixture to be hung safely. This assistance was not related to a current purchase. Derricks genuine interest in helping another human being who he had never met was refreshing and much appreciated.

I had a great experience with Jamie and her supervisor. I had first gone to Ferguson Lighting Gallery, but the sales lady there didnt care and actually gave me a spec sheet for a toilet that I had noted had bad ratings, so she clearly wasnt listening to me. I went to the Hermitage store, and Jamie and her supervisor listened to me and told me pros and cons of various lines. I highly recommend Hermitage.

Over the years, Every sales person on the floor has been kind, professional, and quick to provide quotes. One of our ordered faucets came in at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 when everything was closed to the public, and an associate dropped off my item on their way home from work! Above and beyond customer service!

Absolutely worse customer service been trying to order a light fixture I seen in the store. Rep told me to call back to order. No sales reps available over phone. Leave message no one return calls. I would not recommend this place.

Such a great half day outing for the family. Tons of things for even the little kids to do - loved the kids audio tour. Will definitely go back.

Communication is why they lost a star. I had to call constantly to get updated about my order. It was only suppose to take 2 weeks. After a month with no phone call, I called them. They told me it was back ordered and they would call me in one week. One week later no call. Called them again and they said we will call you back. No phone call. Called them again after another week they told me we dont know when we are going to get the lights you ordered. After another month of me calling them every week they finally got them in. So my two weeks went to almost 3 months wait and calling on these lights.

JAMIE IS AMAZING, I went in with no experience in door hardware and came out with a Masters degree, she spoke a weird door hardware language that I couldnt understand but she was quite the translator and broke down to lemans terms. Super nice and friendly and so was everyone else. Thanks again your friend Mike!!!

This company is unique for many reasons. Ive had the privilege of meeting their senior leadership team and all family members. They have an outstanding legacy over 4 generations. They serve demanding customers and typically say Yes. Ive observed that they genuinely love their customers. I recommend them for any lighting, kitchen, hardware or retail needs.

I would give this place 10 starts for the options they offer. Do not underestimate this place by the location and looks of the building. They offer wide range of lighting for every room and business you can think of. They also offer appliances, custom cabinets, hardware and many more nifty home furnishing things. The people are very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right product for you. They have organized the chaos so you will feel smooth about the whole selection process even if you are overwhelmed by all of the options they offer!

Very nice store. One should be able to find what they are looking for in lighting. They also have beautiful tables, rugs, and mirrors. The service is excellent. They are a bit pricey, but the products are top of the line.

My wife and I were in Nashville, TN for a concert and a weekend getaway. My wife was the actual customer. She was interested in updating and replacing all fixtures on the main floor of our home.The sales associate took the time to listen to her to determine her decorating taste. Then she showed my wife fixtures within the budget and assisted her in coordinating the fixtures. We were both pleased with the outcome.

I needed a bolt for a outdoor lamp and looked everywhere for the bolt and finial. The staff at Hermitage Lighting not only helped me but were fantastic with the price as well. I was impressed with how friendly the staff were and would definitely go back again.

I need fixtures for two bathrooms and a chandelier, but yesterday I was just getting a lampshade. I would never go to any store with many needs on a friday an hour before closing. I was greeted at the door and pointed in the direction of lampshades and got no further assistance from the 7 plus employees who were quite busy doing closing. I found my shade and was about to purchase it and decided to walk out. I would rather go somewhere that offers good customer service.
