I love this store! It’s definitely my go to for really all occasions. Every time I go in I shop with the store manager Unique. I remembered her from the Franklin location. She is always so helpful. But The store is definitely in need of help I always see the same 2 girls but it seems they are doing the best they can. Only 4 stars because Windsor doesn’t seem to like to keep a stock of L and or XL.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID THIS PLACE!! I took my niece to the mall to try on dresses for a wedding she’s attending and the woman working the fitting rooms I think her name is Taylor was so rude and disrespectful towards me. My 11 year old niece was having trouble getting into a dress and she wanted me to help her in the fitting room and Taylor told me that I was not allowed in the fitting room with her even though I wasn’t even trying anything on. She proceeded to harass me outside of the fitting room while helping my niece with her dress when she then threatened me saying I had 30 sec to get out of the fitting room. I can’t believe the awful treatment I was given when I just wanted to help my niece try on a dress. Ended up leaving without purchasing anything because of how badly I was treated. This store REALLY needs a class in providing good customer service.

Dainty and cute dresses. Been going to Opry Mills but I have only recently discovered Windsor.Bought a pair of beautiful stilettos and several dresses on my first visit.Staff goes above and beyond.

I wish I could give this store -5 stars. Terrible sales associates, terrible return policy and terrible experience overall. I wish head quarters would shut this store down immediately!!!

First time there.Nice clothes and the lady who help us was real nice and sweet.

The material of the clothing is satisfactory and some things are overpriced.. However, I wouldve gave a better star if there were better employees. The hiring manager must not care about their store reputation. Decent clothing, but employees that lack customer service skills. I can tell the mangers are just hiring people that they favor not people that are best for the position. That doesnt make me want to go back. Hire better employees that actually care about the customers and not give weird, rude, angry and unprofessional vibes. Because you will lose money and customers..The employees are highly unprofessional. You can tell they talk about customers and they dont want to help anyone. They just roll their eyes for no reason and avoid you if they know youre about to ask for help. Employees continue to put clothing on shelves right in front of you without saying excuse me like you are not there. You can also say thank you and they dont say anything back. Just completely rude for no reason.. What is wrong with the place? Is there a curse on the employees in Windsor that is forcing them to work there? Because it is the same exact treatment everytime with different employees in Windsor. Strongly, In my opinion if they dont enjoy their job they should find a new one instead of spreading their negative energy onto the customers. My significant other also doesnt understand the employees.One time I purchased over 500 dollars in clothing and the employee was smirking and chortling in a way when she told me the price and acting in a certain manner as if I wouldnt be able to afford it. How rude. Not proffessional at all. Just because it may be expensive, it doesnt mean I cant afford it.

Probably the worst managed store I’ve ever seen. Waited 40 mins for a dressing room because no one was maintaining/running them. One lady was bringing articles of clothing to the stalls for 3 girls, and was pretty sure she was stealing. Then the line to check out was even worse for really no reason . There’s maybe 7 of us in line and it’s taking 40 mins to check out and only one person is staffed at the register

Looking for a dress for my wife. Very rude. Tried 3 different times to get help. The women stayed at the register and never moved. Will not be back. Go to David Bridal great service!

The staff here is so rude, lets start with that they have no kind of good customer service. Then they have rude things to say about customer becauseI heard the cashier talking. They dont want to help in any kind of way and always seem bothered when asking them for help. Please hire people who want to be at work and happy to help customer. The people in Windsor look miserable being there. The manger was the one who had the worst attitude. I would fire them all and hire people who actually want to be at windsor.

This place is nasty and the sales people are terrible. My daughter was trying on a dress and one of the girls working there opened the dressing room while she was undressed and numerous people saw her. The girl did not even apologize

The staff here is soooo rude! It always seems like it’s a bother to ask for any kind of help. My experience is always the same. There is one manager there that used to be at the coolsprings location that’s now at Nashville and her attitude is always the worse. The store is always a wreck. I can never find anything and of course I can’t ask for help without getting a snarky look. I love this store but unfortunately I now will shop online or drive out the way to go to coolsprings.

I am literally sick after almost losing my life to my pregnancy! I shake because I have thrown up for months straight and I was here shopping tonight and was treated terrible by the manager and employee! They treated me like a was a thief. I have managed several businesses and never seen anything like it! I was going to buy some shoes and the lady gave a dirty look like who would buy this! Management is terrible and so are the employees! I won’t be back! They need to stop judging others and treating people like dirt!

I love shopping at Windsor. I bought a prom dress there the other day and have bought several clothing items before then. Wonderful store and wonderful people who work there. Also, for those who say they didnt know the dresses were nonrefundable, it says so on the tag when you buy it.

Purchased a dress for a special occasion a couple of days ago from the store. Not only did the worker not even acknowledge me, but she stuffed my dress into a normal clothing bag, when its supposed to go in their long garment bags for GOWNS. Horrible service. Will not be returning.

Stay away from these stores their clothes looks so beautiful and being that the price are high you would think the material is good and NOOOO this is my 3rd outfit I wear and rips on me the same day!! The whole outfit falls apart. Never in my life have I seen something like this before Im very upset and will try to see what they can do about this since I have tags and receipts.

Im from out of town..wasnt told my purchases were non returnable/refundable..was told this info is on a tag on the dress (dont know about you..but if I buy & ultimately wear an outfit..I dont read any tags..just cut them off) sad but not devastated. I told them they could keep & donate the items as I wasnt prepared to pack & take something I would never wear. Really annoyed to discover they have no listed charity they donate old, damaged etc items to...really, shame on you..your community supports you but no reciprocation. I was told damaged items are returned to home office, repaired then returned to the store..watch out..you could be wearing repaired/not new merchandise!! A young woman standing near the register was my size/weight..I gave my purchases to her ($135) she was thrilled, I felt the clothing was put to good use..only loser..Windsor for having such poor company policies. Naturally, should I ever be anywhere Windsor stores are..of course I will never shop there again.

Our experience at Windsor was awesome. They had a good selection of prom dresses at a decent price. Ayana, the salesperson was accommodating with everything we asked for. She let my daughter know upfront to be sure she wanted the dress she chose because there are no refunds. Ayana is sweet to everyone that enters the store. We were there for a while so I was able to see her interact with others, and her customer service skills were positively consistent. I recommend this store to anyone who is on a budget but be sure its what you want because all sales are final.

AVOID THIS STORE!!! If I could give -100000 stars I would. I brought in two shirts to exchange for two other shirts within 14 days so I could have returned if I wanted to and the girl at the cashier was the meanest person I have ever met in my life. The customer service here is disgusting I will never come here and will tell everyone not to come here. I got accused of wearing a shirt (which I never did) because it had wrinkles. This employee told me to shush and not speak over her. She told me to let her speak and this was in the absolute meanest tone ever. All I said was I did not wear the shirts and when she pointed to the shirt she asked me if I saw the markings I said no because there were no markings they were wrinkles!!! It was sold to me like that I never took it out of the bag!!! I have never experienced meaner sales staff in my life. Disgusting that this store hires people this mean I will never shop here agin after the way I was talked to. Yes it was that bad her attitude was just beyond rude and I have never been spoken to this way in my life.

Lost my phone in this store a while ago. It was at the cash register the whole time, another customer had brought it to them. I was using my noise feature on my watch to try to listen for my phone but the workers there kept turning it off constantly. I almost gave up on looking for my phone when I asked the workers at the register, if they have seen a phone or anyone has turned one in up here. They said yes and asked what case it had on it but I couldn’t answer because I was just worried about getting my phone. They showed me and I told them it’s my phone and the lady told me to unlock it, she seemed really stupid because the picture of my lock screen is a picture of me; even the her coworker said the same thing, how it is my phone because the lock screen is a picture of me. The other coworker who had my phone wanted me to do desperately unlock my phone so I did and it got returned to me. After that the girl who had my phone was being slightly rude to me. This place, I agree with everyone else, needs new management and employees.
