Good prices on wine and liquor! I have 4 liquor stores within a few miles of my house and this has the best selection and prices by far. Most of the employees are friendly enough and very helpful.

Awesome selection of craft beers (local, too), spirits, and wine. Very friendly and helpful staff.They have 10% off craft beers on Thursdays. Check it out.

This store has an amazing staff that are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They greet everyone on arrival. Nice wine and beer selection. I dont go anywhere else for my liquor purchases.

I use this store almost exclusively and the people and service has generally been very good. Today, however, we decided to go here just before closing time. We arrived several minutes prior to the posted closing time. The person working had clearly locked the doors early before the posted closing time. He saw me and another person, ignored us, turned off the lights and walked away. If you post a closing time, please adhere to it.

If I could leave -5 stars I would. A friend of mine went in to this location to buy some single serving bottles of alcohol to put in a gift basket and a man named Jason was so rude to her that she left in tears... he told her that they don’t sell single servings because they are an upscale liquor store and that their customers only buy big bottles and said it in a way to make her feel not welcome or like she couldn’t afford to be their customer. I called to speak with a management member to correct how he treats customers but I actually got him on the phone. I was nice and explained the situation. He had a terrible attitude and argued with me. This is a run down little store in a strip mall. Not high scale and the customer service is extremely rude. Do not bring your money here.

At 50 years old worst experience I ever had!! Me and 2 other ADULT ladies had just ate lunch down the street. I stopped in to get 1 bottle of wine for us to take home and catch up. He rung me up asked for my I.D. I gave it to him he put the bottle in bag and when the lady behind me said this one looks good too I pulled out my credit card handed it to him and he said are yall together? I said yes, he asked to see the I.D one lady doesnt drive and didnt have one but the other lady said sure but Im not buying anything. He proceeded to say because the 3rd lady doesnt have identification we had to leave his store!! I asked if she could step out or could I come back alone to finish my purchase and he said NOT today. And yes we were all 3 African American women. I have been in this same store with my husband and he only ID the one making the purchase. I will never go back.

Friendly people always amazing! Occasionally have a thing where you can taste a new thing they got. They have a really big selection of great things. Its nice to go in and have the cashiers remember you. Always so friendly and nice to you!

I have been coming to this store for 12 years since I moved to Mt Juliet and have always had a good experience. Until tonight. I showed up at 10:55pm ( I realize this is cutting it close), but when I got out of my car, an employee yelled at me “you have one minute, HURRY UP!”. When I checked the time stamp on my receipt, it said 10:56pm. The way he spoke to me left me was humiliating. NOT the way to speak to a customer. Either you are open or closed. I probably will not return.

I had some debit card issues and it was a Trainwreck. The liquor selection is decent though, so thats good. One of the guys was super helpful and the customer service wasnt bad, so it wasnt a complete mess.

Sunday I walked in and was greeted with the time. That I had only 6.5 minutes until 6 pm. The young man behind the register with glasses short blonde hair very rude. Spoke to me like I didnt understand. We got to the register & my grandmother needed to take her time to put her pin # in. The young man made it seem like we were waisting his time. HE WAS MAKING A FACE TO THE CUSTOMERS BEHIND US DUE TO MY GRANDMOTHER TAKING A LITTLE LONGER THAN USUAL. We shop here often and honestly I have never been treated as such. This location needs customer service training ASAP. I RATHER GO ELSE WHERE DUE TO THIS EXPERIENCE AND WE ALWAYS SHOP HERE. # 1 PRIORITY FO YOU ALL IS TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING RUDE IS NOT IT. I AM VERY DISPLEASED. I COULD POST ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Friendly workers and the largest selection of Alcohol that I know of in Hermitage. This store also sells decent Cigars and a small selection of cigarettes for those who partake.

Now that this store has been rebuilt, the selection is pretty good.They also have a growler fill station with rotating taps - I have filled several there and have not had any issues w/ pour quality, etc.Prices are reasonable.

I came into Jackson downs this Friday 28th like I do EVERY Friday after work to get me and my fiancé some wine and Jameson. I never have an issue with the lady at the counter any time I’ve come in the past and me and my fiancé are locals and have lived here our whole lives so we’ve been specifically coming to this store for YEARS. So I come in today to get my usual and I get to the counter and automatically have my ID out for the man behind the counter he glances at it and then takes my debit card that ONLY has my fiancé’s name on it because we have a joint account. He would not sell me the alcohol and stated that the card had to be in my name! I asked him if I could call my fiancé to have him authorize and he said no. My name is on the account along with my fiancé’s and I LITERALLY HAVE HIS NAME TATTOOED ON MY WRIST OPENLY. Any other time I’ve come in this location I have NEVER had this issue. The man was rude as well and told me “sounds like you need to get a card with your name on it then.” I will not be coming back to your location and neither will anyone I know. Thanks.
