This is a beautiful, well stocked liquor store. They have keg beer, all varieties of spirits and a wine selection that is amazing. The store manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is friendly and goes the extra mile to making your shopping experience easy. I will be back even though I have to travel from Brentwood.

This store has and excellent selection of beer and liquor. They even have my favorite brand of whiskey, Town Branch. The beer fridge is really large and the is a door that allows you to go inside when there is even more craft beer behind the shelves. There are a lot of local brews to choose from which saves me a trip to the brewery. The checkout process was smooth and simple. They had friendly cashiers waiting to help me check out. I will definitely make this my goto liquor store.

This liquor store is amazing it has a giant selection of wines and an unusually large selection of high end bourbon scotches and whiskies.This location even has a cigar shop/humidor.They also offer a full line of mixers and mixer drinks, As well as a selection of soft drinks.They have expanded the store to twice the original footprint since I was there last.This really is an amazing store and there was a lot of friendly staff available to assist.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Some tall guy with glasses was one of the most rude people I’ve ever encountered in a business. Do not recommend shipping here. There are too many awesome liquor stores in Nashville with MUCH better selections/prices. Shop wisely.

So last year, I came here to purchase wine and other liquors for a sangria. I was hosting a Christmas party. When I walked in, there was a lady greeting people and offering free samples of something. How did I know this? Because she was greeting, offering samples to, and being incredibly friendly to others walking in after me. I noticed that I was the only black person there at the time and the others that she was greeting were white and so was she. Now to be fair, that couldve been a complete coincidence. Maybe she didnt see me walk in. Maybe it was not intentional at all. Either way, I did not feel welcome there so I have not returned since. I normally wouldnt have even cared but because she was speaking to every single other customer and offering them samples, I did notice. Coming from someone who has worked in customer service for several years, every customer should be treated and greeted the same. However, the cashiers were extremely friendly. The liquor itself was a bit overpriced in comparison to other stores in the area.

Y’all I can’t say enough about this place, and their whole staff. I’ve always had pleasant exchanges every time I’ve been in the store. Recently I emailed them to see if they could get in this particular sour I’d had in New Orleans, and they found it, ordered it, and held a case for me. WHAT!? I will forever sing the praises of Sinkers...they deserve a sea shanty of their own I swear.

East Nashville liquor stores are generally really sketch and lack variety. Sinkers has some of the best variety (including a lot of top shelf items) and is incredibly safe and clean. Definitely feels like the premier liquor store of east Nashville.

I shop here often and always have a pleasant experience with Amie. She is always so helpful and if she doesnt know the answer she quickly finds someone who does. I have never been disappointed with the suggestions she gives. Sad I havent seen her in this week. I hope she didnt quit. She has such a positive attitude even when I see her running around. When will she be back?

Very friendly and helpful staff. They share their allocated stuff as first come, first serve instead of holding back for special customers, and their prices arent marked up. Ive been able to get hard to find bourbon on multiple occasions and paid less than other places in town.They also do a one per household limit on allocations, because they want everyone to have a shot. If you see someone complain about that, ignore them. Im happy to support a local store who tries to spread the wealth!

I wish they made everyone wear masks. They do have a great selection though and mostly fairly priced. You can definitely find cheaper beer.

Theyve expanded to carry more, especially in beer with growler/draft beers a really nice addition for weekends or parties. Sampling there drafts makes for great chance to find what u like w/o wasting time/money guessing as well as its so much fresher better tasting from the tap than a can or bottle and cheaper!

A well established store since 1984. They dont rearrange much so if you visit frequently you know exactly where to find what you are looking for. On most weekends they offer free tastings on certain items.

Buyer beware when getting kegs from sinkers. They make you purchase the tap out right for $50 due to “COVID”. I was led to believe it was a $50 deposit for the tap when checking out, but when I returned the keg they informed me that I purchased the tap out right because they no longer rent taps. I called frugal McDougal and asked if they no longer rent taps because of Covid, and they said that was crazy. They rent taps for $10 at frugal McDougal. Shame on me for not asking more questions. Shame on sinkers for capitalizing off of a pandemic. I will not be shopping there ever again.

Open aisles, good selection, and lots of registers to help move the line out. There was a rep sampling vodka in one area and by the taps you could sample certain beers. Very happy with the makeover.

Most of the employees are very helpful but we had a run-in this morning with a woman who seemed to be the manager. We have been dedicated customers and spend way more money than wed like to admit at Sinkers. Today my husband and I went in to purchase some allocated bourbons, EH Taylor for him and Blantons for me, that were listed on Instagram as one per person. When we got there she told us that they really should have said one per family and would not sell us each a bottle. While we were in the store, she went back and changed the Instagram post. But when we arrived the deal was 1 per person and she refused to uphold that deal. Pretty rotten customer service to change the policy right in front of our faces.

My wife and I recently used Sinkers for all of our wedding alcohol. Amanda communicated very quickly, even when she was out of the country. She also walked us through beer, wine and liquor quantities for a large wedding which was very helpful. We price shopped and could not beat any of the prices, even at large places like Costco.

So, normally this is my favorite liquor store. They are super well stocked, usually okay customer service, (it’s never been A+ for me, but usually not bad) but tonight was another story. It was a little over an hour to close. I get it. They’re tired. But we are not the only ones in the store and people are steadily walking in after us. Their card reader was dead so they were requesting cash or were manually taking card info. That’s no big deal for us. When we checked out the guy at the register never acknowledged us. He was writing for a minute or so, looked us, sighed, tossed his pen down and scanned our items. He told us the total and my husband handed him the card. He kept sighing the whole time he was writing and told my husband to sign and add his phone number. When got our stuff he managed to mumble thanks man or something like that. I have literally never seen anyone so miserable about having to take money for product. As we are walking out my husband and I were saying what horrible customer service we had and where another employee or a manager turned and looked at us but didn’t say anything-he just kept glancing over at us as we left. I know it’s late. I know it’s been hectic. But come on....even the slightest attempt at something other than a sigh would have been appreciated.

This is my go to liquor store in my neighborhood. Its large, has a nice layout, and low prices. It hasnt failed me yet when Ive needed obscure liquors for craft cocktails. The staff has always been helpful as well.
