So much fun! The instructor, Crystal, was knowledgeable and friendly. Once we demonstrated we were competent she sent us down the lake with our map to enjoy the afternoon. We were about 20 min from downtown, and ubered there and back with no trouble. It was nice to get out of downtown and enjoy a little nature in our Nashville weekend!

So much fun! Our group of 2 moms and 6 kids, ages 7-15, had a blast.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly and relaxed. I felt at ease and well cared for here. I had such a Great first time SUP experience! I took the intro class and Haley was an amazing instructor. :)The area is quite beautiful as well. Very private with lots of trees and wildlife. The equipment was also in outstanding like-new condition and the facility was clean and organized.The best part: Signing up for lessons online is easy!

We booked very last minute and were lucky to get paddle boards because its so popular! The staff was very friendly and JR was a great instructor on how to paddle board. Loved that we had free reign for an hour and highly enjoyed it!! Price was great at $25. Lake was somewhat wavy with the occasional boat but it made it exciting. Would definitely return in future travels!

Great Adventure Experience! Easy to book online. Perfect location for beginners and beyond. We took the Intro course with JR and were very impressed. Excellent instruction, friendly and professional staff, beautiful setting, and worth every penny. Highly recommended. Looking forward to renting a board and exploring on my own next time.

8/31/19We had our first lesson. Never been before and wanted to try for my daughters 13th bday.Steph was amazing. The sweetest most patient person Ive ever met. She made this such a fun experience for my daughter and myself. The water was a little rough and she even helped my daughter back to the shore. Can not say enough positive things about our trip. Thanks again Steph and Nashville Paddle Company. Cant wait to try it again. We loved every minute.

Terrible service. We arrive at 1pm and the employees begin to tell us that we cannot rent paddles because another group had reservations for 2:30pm though we only wanted rentals for an hour. At 3pm we call to make reservations for 6pm and they recommend that we call back later because of possible weather delays. We were staying within minutes away so we called and they proceeded to tell us that the weather was not going to permit though the sun was still out. We then show up at the place at around 6pm anyway and they tell us that they’re closed and they wouldn’t allow us anyway because of the weather, mind you, the day was perfect with only some clouds in the sky as the attached photo shows. Online it says that they close at 7:30pm. We then walk to the car and from there call to find a way to get in contact with the manager and they do not answer the phone though they were inside.Really bad experience. bad customer service that seemed like they just did not want to do their work. First time there and would’ve been a beautiful experience, as the environment is amazing, if the employees would’ve allowed us to rent.

Nashville Paddle Company employees were extremely helpful and went above and beyond.

It’s February and I’m dreaming of paddleboarding. I was a little intimidated to try SUP, but the individual attention I received from Margaret and Richard at Nashville Paddle Company made my first paddle boarding experience last summer so much fun. SUP is a great workout and easy to learn even for the hopelessly uncoordinated, such as myself. The lake was beautiful, not a far drive from Nashville, and I learned so much on my first go at SUP. Hurry up, spring!

Im biased, of course, but I think we at Nashville Paddle Co. work hard to make everyone comfortable on a paddleboard. Come try it and see Music City on SUP.

I tried passing by with a group of friends around 1pm and was told we couldnt rent paddleboards because there was a reservation at 2:30pm. They told us to call back after 5pm. When we called back, they said the weather was going to get bad and wouldnt let us rent. The weather was calm and fine..On Google it shows that its open till 7:30pm. We showed up at 6pm with perfect weather and they said they close at 7pm plus bad weather was coming in and STILL wouldnt let us rent.Super unproffesional. Horrible service. We tried calling back multiple times from different numbers in an attempt to reach the manager but they wouldnt answer the phone.Dont even bother trying to visit. Awful experience.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employees were unwilling to help us and it didn’t seem like they wanted us there. For starters we showed up at 5:50pm and they said they were closed, when the hours listed are until 7:30. We were denied paddle boarding twice due “bad weather” coming in when the sky was clear. After calling multiple times in hopes of reaching the manager no one would answer.This was just disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Called about reserving tandem kayak, and was told by (john?) there would be one available at 12:30 and he would set it aside for me. I told him I’ll be there in 30 minutes and asked if he needs any additional information to confirm the booking and he said NO! So I drove and got there at 12:20 only to find out that he rented out to someone else.He was not apologetic, showed no remorse! Very unprofessional! Wasted my time!
