Tight place to back. Only parking on road if there is a spot. 1 1/2 hour unload took me a little early. Nice people

Im very disappointed with this place. Especially after I saw BOL. I arrived at 12.30 and checked in, I was early, my appointment was at 3.30pm. They finished loading me at around 5pm, which is not bad. 1.5hr to load is not bad. BUT what is BAD, they put on the paper that I checked in at 3.04pm and they finished at 3.42pm which is not true.Thats why this place is 1 star. They lie on the paperwork. The guy who loaded me was constantly on the phone. After he was done instead of releasing me, he kept playing on his phone for 15-20 minutes. With those electronic logbooks my time is crucial. Instead of sleeping at home I have to sleep on the road, because of this nonsense.

Been sitting here since 11 they said to disbatch I could get in a dock when I got there then said I have a 4 pm load time DO NOT Recommend

In and out the trailer for 2 hours straight. seems like no progress is being made.

No problems for me this morning. Had a 0600 appt, checked in @0600.. young man in shipping/ recv was super cool and put me in door 2 within 1 min... started unloading as soon as I hit the dock. Unloading was 20 min. Note: must park on street then walk to first door at corner of building(where docks are)..it’s a safe area. Thnx mil works for getting me in and out quickly this morning.

This place has always been an arm pit. I will refuse to come back. 3 hours in the door before they started loading me.

This place is Terrible. Got here early for pick up no other trucks here and still left me sitting on the road while they are seemingly doing nothing. What a joke

Honors appointment shift change 13:00 so they start again at 1430 and it takes approx 45 min to unload. Good people not my favorite appointment hour but on time unload and I arrived at 1300 to wait in dock for appointment.

They have a guy in the office is lazy and bad doesnt want to work just playing with mobile

I give any place 5 stars that offer a driver overnight parking the way things are now,overnight parking along the curb,not on there property, check in at 6am,i hope unloading is quick and easy.

Worse place to deliver to. Appointment at 2:30pm was here by 12:30pm put us in door said they would get to us when they get time. So far its been slow the last 3 hrs no trucks and we still sit to be unloaded almost 2 hrs afterwards our our appointment. Never will take a load to this place again.

Worst job in Nashville hands down.
