One of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve had buying clothes...not just a suit but clothes in general. This is not a quick bing-bam-boom get you in get you out kind of shop. The cadence of your visit will be perfect. Not too long, but just long enough to make you feel as though you are being provided a quality service. I first read about bespoke clothing after seeing a posting on Linkedln, showing a customer wearing a suit made by Richards Bespoke. I became curious and did a little research... oh man... if I only knew about bespoke clothing years ago... I have wasted so much money on clothes that either don’t fit righ, are high price-fashionable-low quality items, or simply do not assist the image I wanted to project.After reading Richards Bespoke blog, posted by its owner Stephen Richards, which provides amazing tips about dress and appereance, I decided to give it a shot. Seemed like this guy really knew what he was doing!Setting an appointment with Richards Bespoke was easy and very accomodating. I live 2 1/2 hours away and 1 hour time difference from Stephen’s shop — so planning was critical. The shop is neat, very clean, and presents a very professional image. From coffee, water, and individual service (yes, no one else is there but you and the clothier) made me feel very special. Stephen spent a good 45 minutes getting to understand what I wanted and why, my lifestyle etc. before even talking about the offerings or trying to go for the sale. That was very refreshing. We then moved to meassurements. That was about a 1-hour process. Stephen took about 40 different meassurements and explained each and everyone one of them — reassuring the importance of how they played in bespoke products. Then we moved to color selections. I originally wanted a simple suit that fits me right... walked away ordering 2 different 3-piece suits that compliment each other (can mix and match), 2 shirts that go with them, a pair of bespoke raw denim jeans, and a pair of bespoke chinos. Yes, it is a lot of money — can’t put it in a different way. But again, I reflected on how much I have wasted in clothes that I ended up wearing once or twice versus the INVESTMENT I was making in my bespoke, made for me clothes... now that’s next level clothing. Stephen offered me many options and, understood that I knew very little about color combinations and overall fashion (I wear a military uniform every day). He coached me and got personal with the process. Stephen had the ability to internalize the information he received from our initial conversation, then combined his knowledge and experience — resulting in a color selection that he would even pick for himself!About six weeks later I returned to the shop to pick up my items. They ALL fit perfectly and looked 10 times better than I imagined. Stephen took the time to walk me thru how to combine the pieces and even pulled about a dozen of ties and pocket fold options. Never have I ever gotten more compliments from wearing my blazer from Richards Bespoke. I cant count how many peoples mouths dropped and eyes were glued to me when they saw me in my jacket. They all loved the pink detailing of the stitching around the buttons, to the matching color of the pocket square and under the collar. From everyday professional attire, to special events like Steeplechase and charity galas.Custom Richards Bespokke sportcoats, slacks, dress shirts, and even a tuxedo can be found in my closet. I have not returned back to a department store in over two years and have no plans to do so again!Highly recommend to anyone!

Great service!Flew in to Nashville from Boston for a work trip. I had a 4 employees that I wanted to gets suits. I checked out Indochino but wanted something more high quality. Sending emails to their team was easy and they communicated great throughout the process.They guys went above and beyond to make the surprise great. They provided drinks and a cool environment to make the expirence great! They knocked out 4 custom suit measuring and picking of styles in a couple hours. Their selections of fabrics is endless. They make suggestions and walk your through everything to make it simple.Having purchased a lot of custom suits I was concerned that the 1st time cut of the suit would require alterations and being in Boston that would be a problem. They came in about 3 weeks later. When they arrived all 4 were perfectly cut, no alterations needed.If your looking for greater then indochino quality and service go with them.

Stephen warned me before I bought my first custom suit from him that Id never been able to go back to off-the-rack suits again--a couple suits and sport coats later, I have to say he was right.Not only are the suits fantastic, but Stephen goes the extra mile to accommodate his customers. For my first order, he drove to Mississippi to get my measurements; for my second order, he texted tons of pictures of fabrics, liners, and button options and walked through the entire process remotely. Couldnt ask for better customer service.
