Wow...I have not had major body work done to a vehicle before so this was a new experience for me...Natchez Collision decided to not only repair what was broken but fixed it immaculately and then proceeded to step it up and reach a few spots in and around the other damage so it would not look like a brand new piece of material stuck on my old 2001 truck.They took time to clean the truck and provided the best customer service I have ever had in the vehicle industry. What a pleasure that experience was...as far as I am concerned, I dont need another collision center in Natchez. Sorry everybody else. These guys are amazing!

YOU WILL BE GLAD TO DO BUSINESS HERE. A definite winner! My 82-year-old mother had a fender-bender that required some work on one bumper. The gentleman who owns the place did great work that she said made it look brand-new, finished it in less than a week, and was extremely courteous to her. Since I don’t live locally, I wasn’t able to help her with this, so I truly appreciate him treating her well and doing good work on the vehicle. A few months later, he replaced an electric door lock actuator for me for just over $200. A shop in my current city quoted me over $500 for it and charged me a $115 diagnostic fee. I highly recommend this shop.
