The employees need a class in with dealing with public and being polite on phones and when dealing with a customer give them the attention they deserve then not b on phone argueing with boyfriend or girlfriend.

The service was horrible the people there were rule and condescending. And I felt like they could care less if I got what I needed

Friendly place. Will Try to be as Helpful as possible. Parking lot area not so tidy. Has what you need, if they dont, they will by the next business day. Please make sure you bring the part in with you.. they seem to Only see the Very First Thing that pops up on their screen and thats what you get. You will have to go Back to ask for a refund only for them to say Maam you must have an Entirely different car then what you told us because I sold you the part the computer says then you show them the original part and they say ohh. You have the other 2% type.

Outstanding all the time

We called them, and they confirmed they had a part in stock and that they would reserve it for us, we got there, and no part, no decent explanation as to why not. In fact, when I got in, another customer was walking out complaining of a similar problem to mine. On top of this, the female employee was extremely condescending and rude. Their lack of basic knowledge of their own inventory left us in a bind, and not so much as an apology.
