I visited sally beauty store in Natchez, Ms today and I was treated like a dog! When I was paying for my item. My bag was placed on the floor. I asked the cashier why did she put my bag on the floor and will she pick it up and said no she wasn’t picking it up. I told her that was very rude to put someone bag on the floor. The cashier told me I must don’t have nothing else to complain about! I told her I would like a refund and as I was inserting my card, my daughter witness the cashier making mean and horrible faces.

Great deals, the place is always clean, organized, and the employees are always very helpful and friendly 💕
