I tried to purchase a 21 Trailblazer locally (Brandon Ms) but couldnt find the exact vehicle I wanted, or the sales manager/ salesperson would blow the deal. James and his sales manager were great! We did all of the negotiating via text and telephone conversation. Once we settled on the deal, the car was delivered to me with the paperwork and they picked up my trade. I never had to leave my house. It was a fantastic experience! The only glitch was with payoff of my trade after the purchase but James took care of that too.

Bought car, had only a few weeks, quite a bit if the paint on the bumper peeled off, Jason, the Manager and one of the salesman lied and try to blame on me. Jason, didnt care, bad attitude and salesman straight crooks. Thought maybe I was a woman didnt know what I was talking about, I took the care to a professional body shop, he said the paint job was poor and bumper wasnt primed properly and that I needed to take it back to the salesman. They didnt fix it. Do not buy a used vehicle from this place, they are patching these cars and just selling them. After $3,000 and $800 per month for a car that is not even painted correctly and an attitude like Jasons, please spend your money elsewhere.
I purchased a used 2017 Tahoe from Natchez Chevrolet. I also purchased the $3000 extended warranty. I haven’t had the vehicle three years. During the time I’ve had it, the lift gate motor went out, AC went out, brakes went out (recall) and now my transmission is gone. My warranty is not covering my transmission due to the contract stating that ALL required maintenance (stated in owners manual) must be kept up. That’s exactly what I thought I was doing. 🤷🏻♀️ I’ve taken my vehicle to the GM dealership for all maintenance/repair. They haven’t mentioned one time that the transmission is required to be flushed every 45,000 miles. Every time I’ve taken it for routine maintenance they’ve always check the green box stating that the transmission fluid was fine and no required maintenance was needed. On March 4 my vehicle was towed to Natchez Chevrolet. The service center reported that my vehicles transmission fluid was burned up. It was just serviced less than 3,000 miles ago. So I asked “how is the transmission fluid burned up when y’all checked it less than 3,000 miles ago?” The service guy stated that the 2017 Tahoe doesn’t have a dipstick for the transmission fluid. He stated that you have to be under the vehicle to check it. I ask “ well, didn’t y’all get under my vehicle to drain the oil?” (Crickets of course) So now I’m battling a GM dealership that works on GM vehicles that doesn’t know the required maintenance to what they’re selling. Please pull your owners manual to check the required maintenance for your vehicle because this service center has no clue an doesn’t want to be responsible for the damages caused from their carelessness!👇🏼👇🏼 In regards to the comment below. I contacted GM myself. I put a claim through them. The two people I talked with at General Motors agrees that the service center is at fault. When you buy a business, you buy the business subject to its liabilities unless specifically reserved in the contract. And by the way... since you’re saying that Natchez Chevrolet isn’t affiliated with Great River, Why are y’all using the same website and reviews?!? 🤔 Just curious.
Daniel and James from the sales staff was excellent! My trouble with the dealership started after the sale. There was some issues with paperwork after the sale. The people in charge of the paperwork acted like they didnt care whether they helped me or not. They acted like they had my money and didnt care from that point on. It took weeks to get the issue somewhat resolved. So basically I ended up with a vehicle sitting in my driveway for 4 weeks I could not drive because I could not license it. Then after promising to pay the late fees for license, they only sent a partial reimbursement for the late fees. I could not recommend this dealership to anybody, and will never set foot in it again!

If it had not been for CarGurusI might not have found a 2019 Dodge Charger in F-8 Green that Natchez Chevrolet GMC had in stock.The car had just over 9,000 miles on it when I picked it up.The employees of Natchez Chevrolet made the trip totally worth it.From Duane Paul, Natchez Chevrolets Internet salesman, to Blake Vines, the over-the-phone salesman, who helped get the green light for financing on my Dodge to Orrion Bailey, the salesman who came out to greet my wife and me as soon as we pulled up on the lot, to veteran Louisiana car guy James Broussard, who personally hosed-off oak pollen and made sure the Chargers gas tank was topped-off, to Angie, head of Natchez Chevrolets Little Details Department, everything just clicked.Natchez Chevrolet GMC is a relative newcomer to Natchez and they seem to have a wide selection of slightly used cars to choose from.Its been said that from humble acorns mighty oaks grow. Ok so was looking at a vehicle online. Called and talked to the salesman (Leon) about the vehicle. Told him I lived a hour away and wanted him to run all my information over the phone cause I didn’t want to make a hour drive if I didn’t have to. After waiting 3 hrs got a call back saying come on over your approved, bring me a copy of you check stub, license, proof of residency and your down payment. He run the credit. So I tell him we will be there first thing the following morning. After getting over there, hand him everything drove the vehicle. Everything checked out just like I told him. He comes back after running my credit 3 more times through other places and say the Finance company want do it cause of the miles unless you put way more down. So basically if you want a place to lie to get you there and put multiple credit inquiries on you this is your place.

Made a deal on a truck. confirmed with sales guy date/time I was showing up. 3hr drive leaving at 6 in the morning. Get there and they sold the truck the afternoon before. They had all intentions of getting me there even though the truck was sold so they could sell me something else.
Working with a salesman on a vehicle over the phone and he stopped responding. Next day I get a text that another salesman sold it out from under him as he was trying to get me pictures. Hard to believe a Jeep thats been sitting on the lot for 45 days sells within an hour of me making a cash offer. No ethics. Stay away.

David Donald and I had asked him can I put money to hold the vehicle, he said no need too, he will ensure the vehicle is on hold because no one inquired about the vehicle during the 100 days it has been here, so once you get pre-approved for credit and for my Military Service to the country this truck is yours.He got me over to his son Murray and got my info and I was approved immediately on a Saturday. I asked can you guys stay open for a few hours until I drive there to pick up my vehicle, Mr. Murray said he had nothing to do the rest of the day but let him ask his dad the General Mgr. David Donald, Mr. David said he has other things to do, so it was no.So I told Murray I can be there by next Saturday early in the morning because I couldnt make it there during the weekday from work schedule off at 4pm and 4 hrs. drive, and being under impression that Mr. David do not want to stay open past 6pm to get my vehicle. Murray said he will put the Sold sign in the vehicle. Three days later on SEPTEMBER 11 the day AMERICA WILL NEVER FORGET of which I served 4 years in War from that UNFORGETTABLE DAY he gave one of his salesmen the keys out of his drawer to sell my vehicle I was approved for. He then said the vehicle has scratches on the interior door in which he did not disclose.The General Mgr. misrepresented the sale and did not disclose that the vehicle had damages on the interior door panel, he used a bait and switch tactic in which once we was approved and the vehicle was on hold for us he then sell it to someone three days later maybe for more money, in which that person he sold it to knew the sold sign was on the vehicle so he had to bid more, unethical and misleading business towards a War veteran and his wife, unfair practices, and discriminating. He said its just a car, not about the car it was how we was mistreated. We have a scar for life by this dealership that we will never forget, Illegal Great River!!!

AWEFUL!!! Worst customer experience and they do not know how to fix vehicles!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! Go in fr one repair and they will screw everything up!! Very unprofessional- each different employee will tell you a different price on the same thing - so not very trust worthy. Take your vehicle in for 1 repair and they will not fix it correctly. Spent over 8,000 dollars for them to screw up?! And no one wants to come forward as a manager and make it right. Do not shop here and do not take your vehicle here for repairs or anything. Take your vehicle out of town somewhere not to these fools!!!!Very bad customer service and they don’t have “mechanics” held our vehicle for over 2 weeks when we paid up front in full and said they only had 1 mechanic. What dealership only has 1 mechanic? I think they were just coming up with excuses. Do not spend your money here!!!!!- June 28 - you did not have 3 of 5 mechanics working on it, you had a SHADE tree mechanic - that had no experience no certifications. And when asked to put on my serpentine belt - mechanic could not put it on and we had to put it on ourself. That’s why you gave the money back because you all also over charged me and when I showed you my invoices you knew then what y’all were doing. Told me my truck was ready but was not ready when I went to pick it up. And you drove it to the front of the property with no belts.Do not disclose my relocation on this public site I do not appreciate it.You all had nothing but excuses when this happened - claimed a mechanic drove the truck 15 miles without a proper belt & without a fan cover to prevent the vehicle from getting hot. Which was located in the back of the truck which came up missing!!!! Your job was to install a motor - simple. But you all made it difficult.You can call to disclose further information. Thanks.Just cause you said it, does not make it true.
