My husband and I come to Natchez for a quick getaway every so often. This was our first visit to Natchez Coffee Co. We were a little confused when we entered…not sure whether to seat ourselves or wait. Within moments we were told to help ourselves to coffee and we would have a table. We got our coffee and meekly meandered to the room where the nice lady went. We didn’t see her again so we just picked a table and sat down. Shortly another friendly face came to take our order. We didn’t special order coffee but it was delicious and we enjoyed our biscuits. Now that we are familiar, we won’t feel so awkward next time. Relaxed atmosphere and lovely artwork. We will be back.

Holy smokes this place is amazing!!! We went 2 days in a row. Had hot chocolate and it was great. Coffee was great. I had a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and it was awesome. Not every an make one of those. We had pancakes, grits, and sausage at our table and they were delicious. Everything was great. Local cute quirky eatery with wonderful food and staff. Highly recommend!! We come every time we visit Natchez.

Waitress was very pleasant. Owner was on site. The hot chocolate & cappuccino were delicious. The cookies (oatmeal & harvest) were also good. The House Bread is good as well. We took a loaf home. The soup & 1/2 sandwich were room temp by the time we received them. We ended up just taking it home. The wait was a little too long.

Showed up at noon to eat. Was told the kitchen was closed.Your Google Profile states open until 2PM on Sundays. Maybe you should update it so that out of town visitors will know the TRUTH.I could do it for you, but given that you were not even the least sympathetic or apologetic in your response, why should I take the time to help you.

Great food — the biscuit breakfast sandwich, veggie omelet, and blueberry pancakes were excellent!Terrible coffee — we ordered a vanilla latte, iced mocha, and decaf drip to go. The latte was too syrupy to drink, and the others were watery and flavorless. We tossed them all.

This place is a cute little coffee shop. I got a cinnamon roll which was outstanding and a iced cafe au last that was refreshing on such a hot day. Now the only reason I didnt give this place 5 stars is because our waitress was rude and pushy. Otherwise a great place to check out.

Walked into the place before several people and wasn’t even given a menu. I watched several others get served and my fiancé and I were walked over. Even the dog got more service than we did. After about 20 minutes without even being offered a water we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. My suggestion is to spend your money where you feel wanted. ( And not just the kitchen.) And the place was not even full only about 10 people.

First I want to say coffee was delicious!❤️I was in the shop today and witnessed a man unhappy with his breakfast sandwich because cheese was added . He processed to the lady at register that “THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!” The sweet lady handled him with such poise and gentleness that it hushed his anger. She was admired by all that heard.

So hospitable and kind! We were cycling from New Orleans to Tupelo, and stopped for a big breakfast and coffee on our way through town. They let us charge up our cell phones and ebike battery, which was super sweet. We hung out for awhile on their lovely front sidewalk patio and enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The home-made yeast bread was definitely the highlight!! Yum! We appreciated the kind staff and the kindness and openness of the other customers sharing the patio with us. Definitely recommend!

I regret having to leave this very conflicted review, but looking at past reviews there seems to be a common trend here. GREAT food, HORRIBLE service. Let’s hit the good stuff first to be fair to the owner. She was a very personable lady who clearly is dedicated to her shop and displayed the typical southern hospitality with a neighboring table which honestly put a “glad to be in the south” smile on my face. The do-it-yourself coffee setup was fantastic and I’d highly recommend the blueberry cobbler coffee with some honey in there too. I got an omelette and was very pleased with it, my significant other saying much the same about her French toast! And I’ll be totally honest; that was the BEST biscuit I have EVER had (the second one was pretty great too haha). Overall the food was just fantastic. That’s what kept me from leaving a one star review. The service however was more than enough to inspire me writing this novel of a review. Our waitress was distant and uninvolved to the point that it was outright rude. After self-serving some delicious coffee we walked to the seating area wondering if the girl slouched against the wall looking like she’d rather be scrubbing the toilets than dealing with the likes of us was an employee or just hanging out. We took a window seating and within a few minutes two other tables were filled. These other tables were visited at least twice as often and were more readily waited on as the owner was chatting them up. Our waitress was distant and absolutely minimalistic in serving us. Overall she seems to be either untrained for service/hospitality or is totally uninterested in her job. Not to mention we sat there for ten minutes after having our tables cleared before she thought to come over and mention that we could pay up front at the register. MEANWHILE other tables had a check brought to their tables! We were nothing but polite so I really have no clue where the difference in service came from. I’m sorry to say that the miserable quality of service almost completely killed my enthusiasm about that top-tier biscuit.

Walked in, greeted, and sat down. Our waitress India got our drinks and order. That was the end of the story. Watched people get served before us that came in after us for no apparent reason. I guess the one couple was the owner/ manager friend who was served before use with the dog. We just left after sitting for 20 minutes with not getting our food. Even the couple outside our window recived there food before us SMH. This was our first and last time visiting Ill never recommend this place to anyone at all. To be a small business I guess you still pick and choose whos money you want.

We stopped by this cute little coffee shop in the middle of our drive from the deep South to our home in MO. It was a nice change from the chain stores along the interstate — the baristas were friendly and their coffee was good. (The desserts were very tempting.)I inadvertently perplexed a new employee with my typical order (hey, if Im going to go high-calorie, I might as well make it taste like candy), so just in case she reads this: youre not the first person to be confused by my extra sweet mocha order~~dont let the weirdos get you down! Best of luck! ☺️

Very average food and horrible service - my sister has a soy allergy and after consulting with our waitress our omelettes came up with sausage even though the menu description said nothing about sausage in the omlette (sausage often has soy in it) - we sent her omlette back and it then took half an hour for an omlette to come back, and that too after we had to go to check at the front desk as to what was going on. We love Natchez and would like to come back to visit, but will not be coming back to the Coffee Company.

This is the 1st review Ive ever written...Upon entering we were told the menu was buffet or quick bites. None of this was on Google info nor their Facebook page. My husband and son went and looked at the breakfast buffet. It was doable. Pancakes, sausage, bacon, sausage gravy all the basic goods. We already had to sit on a beach on the wall due to no room with social distance in the dining room. Our breakfast was mediocreMy sons frappe had big ice chunks in itAnd my daughter who is 5 paid full price for a buffet to only eat pancakes. Our waitress didnt even tell us pricing. Our $66 breakfast was worth maybe $25-30..By far our worst experience in natchez over the weekend.

Second time in a month that I have been in with my dog and sat at the front, left table by the door that they claim to be dog friendly. No greeting or acknowledgement upon entering and seating myself either time, except for a server giving my dog a biscuit today. The last time it took 15 min for a server to take our drink/food order (my breakfast sandwich that comes w/ egg was missing the egg) and this time we sat for 10 minutes before leaving. The wait staff, while friendly, seems preoccupied with anything other than taking orders. I wont be back or recommend this place to anyone.
