Routinely runs out of medications such as high blood pressure and antidepressants and does nothing to help. They will tell you when you MAY be able to pick up your meds but whoever runs this thing obviously doesnt care about people missing their doses. Maybe you can get your antipsychotics but if you dont noone cares at this place.

After dealing with my prescription not being filled several times when I was told it was ready, waiting in line only to be told its not actually ready, NOW Walmart has lost or deleted my current prescription which had 3 refills. They say that my prescription was transferred, but they dont know where; A transfer was never requested or authorized by me. I will have my physician call my current and future prescription in to a different pharmacy.

Standing there waiting, didnt tell me my prescription was ready. Stand in line till it gets ready?

I went in today on my lunch break not realizing they closed for lunch . A big thank you to the lady who filled my meds within a few minutes! Thank you so much 👍

Was told it would only be about 30 mins. Have been waiting for almost an hour and still nothing! When i asked about how much longer they said they dont know because they havent even started it.

Natchez pharmacy is the worst...never answer phones and lie to people all the time! Same situation...I stood in line nearly 20 minutes to get some medications for my son...they gave me one of the prescriptions and the second one they told me the doctor needs to call the insurance for. I went and talked to the doctors office and they said there was no problem with the insurance, it was the Wal-Mart employee telling not only me but other people as well! They disgust me!!!

Saturdays & Sundays are jokes at the Natchez, Mississippi, Wal-Mart Pharmacy! I was told Sunday, 55 minutes prior to closing time (& the drop-off window was partially closed), that they didnt have the meds to fill my prescription. I was informed that they may possibly receive meds Thursday or the following Thursday (2 weeks away), but, no guarantees. I was even told by a young lady that they couldnt order meds until they had a prescription requiring them to get the meds in! (I get them filled monthly there!) I phoned the pharmacy Monday morning as soon as they opened & asked if they had the meds in stock to fill my prescriptions - they had everything needed!!! SHAZAM!!! I cannot stand to be lied to. I cannot stand lazy people. I cannot believe that some people think others are so stupid & believe the things these people come up with!!!I tried Saturday afternoon to drop prescriptions off 30 minutes prior to closing for pickup Sunday (& of course the drop off window was closed). The lady at the checkout counter & someone behind the pharmacy counter told me that I couldnt drop off prescriptions, I would have to bring them back in to get them filled because they werent allowed to accept drop-off prescriptions! Laziness??? I think so!Geez!!!
