Ok to shop at good prices and Great service

Bought a nice recliner and a picture. Love the big faux fireplaces they have. Good place to shop and friendly folks. Recommend giving it a try.

Do not order any furniture from these people. I ordered a sofa and loveseat and was told it would arrive in 2 to 4 weeks but it has been 2 months and I still dont have my furniture. The manager is unwilling to work with me on what I ordered. I paid $400 down and was told I couldnt get a refund because it was ordered. Well what happened to working with the customer? If I dont get my furniture two weeks from July 6th, (was told it would be in on 6th, now saying 2 weeks from 6th), I will have to do something. I feel I have been patient long enough.

Bad customer service and they are not willing to work with you on any unforeseen problems once you have paid cash for whatever you buy from them. My daughter purchased a sectional for her apartment only to find out when it was delivered that the sofa was not going to fit and they refused to refund or exchange it. But I am going to pursue it further.

I brought a furniture set from these guys in febuary of 2015 this year of February 2016 I find out that some parts of wood are sticking out the back of my couches(Also stating that alot of ppl have been having the same situation occur...they came picked them up to fix them said give them a week well a week has passed and guess what they havent fixed not one couch smh very disappointed Im still having to come home to a living with no living room set 😠😠😠😠 worst part is when i called today unfortunately their handyman has quit ....so I have to wait another week...with that being said the service is bad and the furniture is no damn good...this is the one in natchez mississippi

I bought a set of rooms a month ago and I could not put the bed came without the irons or bars and Im still waiting for it. We are sleeping on the floor with the mattress. It is an unjustifiable justification for me. I do not recommend it to anyone.
