Showed up at 5:01 looking to get paid-for paint after calling all day and getting an answering machine. They used to be open later before COVID. Girl working there would not give me the 4 gallons of paint. She talked to me through door telling me to come back tomorrow. Guess I’ll drive 30 minutes again to store in the morning. If I had not paid for this paint, I would not come back. I think she is actually the manager. NOT service oriented at all. Not my first experience with their lack of concern for the customers.

Representative very knowledgeable about various mix of paints. They have everything needed to perform do it yourself projects. Very convenient to shop for necessary items. Only drawback is prices are a little on the high side.

Excellent service

Recieved a statement showing I had a credit. Paid the remaining balance it said was owed. Months later Im being sent late notices saying I didnt make the payment but still shows its a credit to me. No one produced an invoice showing where I owed and just claimed it was a coincidence and I have to pay it. Representative said even though it says credit they just do that sometimes but they understand what it means. Had a credit underneath it that didnt get put on my bill though and she couldnt seem to explain why I had to pay one marked credit memo but not the other. So now I have to pay $74 from a credit they apparently refuse to give. Its deceitful and wrong to mark something as paid to the customer but then demand the amount and say Im the one misunderstanding things

Had our new home painted once construction was complete, and time was allowed for wood to dry.Its been a mildew nightmare every since, having to Clorox and wash every 6 months. Were waiting for area Rep to come by and inspect, so we really hope Sherwin Williams will stand behind their product. If they do nothing, then well have to explore other paint manufactures.At this moment, were totally disappointed.If we have to re-paint a 5 year old house, well not be happy campers.
