The part working find but the young man attitude wasnt that great first he gave the wrong part, he exchange, then he mess up on my credit card he finally got it straight when I ask him to explain to me what he did because I didnt understand at first he got to blown up in the face but I kept my cool because he was a young man I just told him to come down in a nice way and explain it to me because when I see it on my credit card that be understand what going on that reason I gave it a 3 star the part is working great

We broke down on 49 & was about 23 miles, called & after calling dealership & other parts looking for my turbo hose we needed on our F350 they actually had it in stock...they closed in 30 minutes...but told us to come on & they would wait!! Customer service beyond!!Thanks guys!!
