Verizon was a nice place to visit because I couldnt get the help I needed online or over the phone because Verizon doesnt make it easy or simple to do ANY business online NOTHING so you have to go to their store. Thank Mammon (wow auto correct that word Mammon) they make enough money to open stores in almost every city probably on Earth.

Management and staff in this store are truly remarkable. I took my mother to this store to work out an issue with her new service, and she cut herself on the door rather badly... the staff cleaned her wound, and bandaged her hand... all while satisfying her needs as a customer. Highly recommend.

Broke up with Verizon after being fraudulently charged for 55GB of overage at $10 per gig on a 2GB plan. I had already turned data off on the phone for the entire billing period. I paid for previous months overage but this was outright theft not to investigate and correct the problem. Verizon refused to correct it, and only offered a one time hundred bucks off, so I terminated my personal phone number, transferring it to Google Voice.
