I ordered 15 lbs of cooked crawfish through Goldbelly. It arrived frozen and on time, however the crawfish were spoiled. I will not be ordering again. The photo shows crawfish from another vendor on top, and ones ordered from here on the bottom.

I had ordered a 39# sack for the 4th of July. They arrived on time; with some alligator andouille sausage. Absolutely phenomenal! I will be ordering many more times, starting next Spring.

I bought the Selected Side expecting it will be 12/17 crawfish per lb, But instead I was getting tiny side more like 25/30 per lb size(I weighted them). Very disappointed! You are NOT getting what you paid for. These are more like field run which is much smaller size compared to the selected.Shipping was good otherwise I will give this a 1 star. Arrived with most of them still alive.

Ordered 15 pounds of live crawfish shipped to PITTSBURGH. Only had to toss a handful of dead ones which I think is pretty incredible considering they were shipped. They called to verify info to be sure it was getting to right place. I will be ordering again for sure! Exceeded my expectations

I have ordered from them in the past and must say that the quality is tops but after trying to place a large order and have them price match as they advertised, well, they said they couldnt because of the cost of shipping and handling. Beware what they say on their website because they are liars when you try to hold them to it. Cajun Crawfish was nicer and less expensive. So they just got my $300 plus order.

I ordered the gator bites and had them shipped over night. When the company shipped them I got a notification that they where shipped. Then the next day around noon I receive a text message from Louisiana crawfish company informing me that there was going to be a delay in the shipment due to fedex. They also informed me to reach out to them about the status of my food when I receive it. So the products where a day late and thawed out so I reached back out to inform them and they offered a refund or re ship. So I asked for a reship and they are overnighting my order again. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service they are top notch company and stand behind their word. Thank you Paula for such a great experience. While their prices would be rather high if you were in place like Louisiana, for us southerners that moved to a coast these guys are a godsend. FREE SHIPPING on orders of at least $100. We originally ordered 60lbs of crawfish for my sons 21st birthday. Had to change the delivery date due to a death in the family. Calling to schedule the change was a breeze. 2 stars for poor delivery service and product quality, and 4 items was lifted off my over $300 order. The crawfish was lacking favor and had to many dead before boiling them. The Hog head cheese was the worst I had ever tasted.I realize that, I placed my order with the wrong company. Incredibly happy with this company. I am a big crawfish fan and with the state of things I have been at home and missing out on crawfish season at my favorite crawfish restaurants. I decided to see if I could order my own and support a business at this time and after searching I came across Louisiana Crawfish Company. Ordering was a breeze with the option to choose a future date. My crawfish showed up early on the date of my choosing and the packaging was professionally done and the crawfish were kicking and moving. I followed their simple instructions on cooking/seasoning and they were fabulous. I live in central Texas these crawfish traveled from LA in a well packed cooler and of my 20 lb order less than 10 individual crawfish were DOA and they were all on the smaller side. We ordered 100 lbs of boiled (IQF) crawfish from LCC. It arrived the next day on Soutwest air cargo. About 40 people enjoyed the feast, with dirty rice and corn-on-the-cob at Trevi Hills Winery in Lakeside, CA.Louisiana Crawfish Company gave us simple directions as to how to reheat the bugs. I purchased extra bags of the seasoning so I did not dilute the great flavor during the reheating process.I would guess that roughly 70% of the people had never tasted this delicacy. Many people came back for 2nds and 3rds.We intend to do it again this fall, but expect a bigger turnout.5 stars all around for these folks.

I’ve ordered Crawfish and sausage from them twice. The first time they showed up on time and were perfect, made me feel like I was back in New Orleans. The second time the order showed up a day late due to weather. However, they offered to offered to re-ship it or refund my money, with no questions or hassle. This type of customer service is hard to come by these days. That is why I can’t recommend Louisiana Crawfish Company enough. Not only are there crawfish fresh and sausage delicious but their customer service can’t be beat.

Ordered the 10lb party pack of crawfish and a pound of the alligator boudin and it was AMAZING! Out of 180+ crawfish, there were only 3 dead when they arrived to us in south Florida. We purged them and then boiled them with the seasoning they provided and honestly, I felt like I was in Louisiana myself. I cannot wait to order again, it was such a good experience! They even wrote a nice little note on the box which made my husbands day. 10/10 totally recommend.

I planned a crawfish boil for Saturday. My bugs were delivered as promised Saturday morning. Unfortunately, my guests had something come up and were unable to come till Sunday. I just knew my crawfish would die by then. However, i put a wet towel over them and kept in the cooler with some ice. On Sunday i opened the sack and found EVERY crawfish alive except for 4. Would have went fresh if we could get it fresh, but live so far from the source that we had to opt for frozen, but it was absolutely delicious and worth it. Back in August I made an order of live crawfish and almost half of them were dead. I opened the box within 5 minutes of them arriving so is not like I let them sit for a long time I was anxiously waiting to enjoy these but it was a big disappointment for me and my sister. On top of that the rest were pretty small so I don’t know what the fuzz is about because I really didn’t get my money’s worth.

Ordered within 24 hours and got it next day,I live in Texas too and I was so surprised by how fast the package arrived and how fresh they were! I’ll be ordering more soon!!!

I bought Gumbo, and it was really bad...more like gravy with very little taste or seafood in it. I have spent most of my life in the Gulf Coast/New Orleans area and know good gumbo, and this ain’t it. Company tells me they have never had a complaint...either that is untrue or they ship their gumbo to people living in the Midwest who have no idea what good gumbo is like.

Ordered gator legs. shipped fast. arrived still frozen and were of excellent quality.

Ordered frozen crawfish. Arrived the next day thawed out and hot. Wasted 148 bucks.

I was able to get these crawfish without speaking to anyone or any machine. A little more than 95% of them made the trip alive which is more than I anticipated. I would like to think I gave those crawfish the experience of a lifetime by letting them fly first class FedEx and introducing them to the Sonoran Desert before they met their untimely end in my Cajun hot tub. Already placed another order for my parents who will be returning from living out of the country.

Placed order earlier in the year. Due to Covid19 ruining our initial plans we had to reschedule our party. A quick email to LA crawfish and within an hour got a response saying Not a problem, we will hold the order. When the the time was right, I sent another email asking for my order. Again within an hour got a response email saying no problem the mud bugs on are the way. Top Notch customer service!!!! Plus the crawfish all arrived alive and healthy. We usually do crawfish the day before Easter Sunday. Although this year, it was just myself, my husband, and our two teenage boys...we had a great crawfish boil!!! Although we were told they should be here by noon, were were pleasantly surprised when they arrived (we live in St. Petersburg, FL) by 10:30 am. We ordered select size and boy were they awesome!

After years of using frozen crawfish for boils we finally bit the bullet and decided to order some live, and boy I’m glad I did. Orderd on a Friday afternoon and they arrived here [ VA ] Saturday around lunch. The crawfish were larger than I expected for “field run” and man they were delicious, I’ll never buy frozen again. Also, we only had a few dead ones. We followed the directions for storing and cooked them Sunday evening. I’m sure we’d have had even fewer dead if we cookes the day of. I’ll definitely be ordering them again. Soon!! Oh, and the people leaving bad reviews about shipping should be reviewing UPS or fedex, not this company.

Meh, we just passed a good time yeah. I am originally from Louisiana, but live in GA now. I have ordered crawfish from lacrawfish.com about 4 to 6 times. I usually get 80 to 100 lbs delivered live. I always get the select. This year was the best I’ve ever received. They were perfect and of course I cook them perfectly. I am always happy with my order, but especially pleased this year. There have been years that I bring crawfish straight from Louisiana after I visit and these were comparable in size to them. They were big big. What I like about lacrawfish is that the price you are quoted is the price you pay, you don’t have to worry about shipping bc it’s included in the price. I can’t wait until next year.

Customer service was A+. We ordered crawfish overnight delivery to CT. The next morning, Fedex claimed they weren’t able to access the destination, and would deliver a day later. We called Fedex in a panic and they wouldn’t budge. Then we called LA Crawfish just to see if they’d still be edible next day but instead, the representative called Fedex and miraculously, the packaged appeared on a doorstep within the hour!! Now that is customer service!

If you want to order death Crawfishs go ahead. We order 30 pounds jumbo. Received more than half death and mix size ! We called . sent email they will just re-ship 15 pounds and still dont know what we gonna get !

Be aware that when ordering from Oregon or Washington that you need to sign a notarized somethin somethin from Fish and Game saying you will not release ANY into the local rivers/streams. Very unhappy with my order.on their website you can see pic of jumbo crawfish tail, look like tiny lobster, well their pic has to be blown up big time, because in reality what I got is tiny small tail meat from them.i can buy exactly same quality at the any grocery store seafood department. I also purchased before from the local grocery store and they crawfish tail was twice size (it wasnt tail meat, that was whole crawfish).look the pic that what you get by ordering crawfish tails from them.i will def.not be back

Weve ordered from here a few times and most of the time it turns out alright, sometimes more are dead than others. But this last time we ordered we had 30 people at our house waiting for crawfish. The latest they were supposed to arrive was 4:30... water was boiling, people were waiting, 5 rolls around, 6, 7... we ended up boiling up all the shrimp corn potatoes and everything and I made chili too. They finally arrived around 7:30. If you order these, just make sure you have a backup plan.
