We are so glad to have found Audibel Hearing for my husbands hearing aides.When ever he needs them cleaned and/ or adjusted only takes a few minutes and we’re out quickly.The technician is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor when talking with him. He’s 88 years old and sometimes she has to go over putting in the filters with him.

The consultant was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. She was willing to answer any question and explained each step of the process offering follow-up help when needed. I would recommend the Natchitoches office to anyone needing hearing aids. Time will tell on how I do with the hearing aids.

Im so thankful I found Audibel Hearing Healthcare in Natchitoches. My former Hearing Aid Lady had to close due to Covid and health issues. But I had my first visit today and Im excited to use them. The lady I meet today was very friendly and helpful. She really cares about the customers. Its very important to Deaf People to have the care they need for their hearing aids. I work in public and could not manage with out mine.
