I left a Package to be sent to AT&T POST PAID.AT&T ARE SAYING THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT & ARE CHARGING ME A $150 ONE TOME FEE FOR NOT RETURNING IT. I KNOW I DID, AS WELL AS I HAD WITNESSED TO ME LEAVING IT WITH THE UPS DRP OFF....Rocky Berry

The staff were patient and very helpful when I had questions and concerns about my items being shipped. They were knowledgeable about their products/services and even helped me save some money on my shipping cost.

Best mail service in town!

This place offers an indispensible service and has competent assistance. Mail will cost more than the post office but it offers speed and convenience. They are approaching their goal to be a full copy center. They could use heavy duty staplers. One downside is the small parking lot that floods with cars making it difficult to navigate.

This place would rip you off & charge you $3 for a black single sided piece paper.. discourage any of you for using their printing services.. it’s definitely a rip off..

Im not sure if the other reviews were based on old management/employees, but my husband and I never had any problems. We use their faxing, copying, and shipping services. They always greet every customer and if they are busy they let you know they will be right with you. The man that works there has always gone the extra mile to help me with whatever I needed and he is patient!

In and out in 3 minutes.

I rated this place of business a 3 because I was in there today and the odor of cigarette smoking was so strong inside that I wanted to get out as fast as possible. They get my packages out, but wish they wouldnt smoke in there. Most recently: 5-1-20: Not open during its posted open hours. I went twice yesterday and there was a note on the door when they would return. They did not return at that time. I have called several times and no one answers the phone. If there was anywhere else in Natchitoches to use, I would. Im going to go to home pick up just to avoid these people. So inefficient.

Terrible service! They broke my nephews TV and said they were not going to pay for it. They even hung up on me! They say they they are an authorized dealer for FedEx but when I talked to FedEx about them, they said they are not an authorized dealer. The owner wouldnt even speak to me in person. They were in the back and would not come out! Employees wouldnt even tell me the name of the owner! In fact Im about to file a lawsuit against them for the damages to my TV. Miserable service!
