This is a HUGE Home Depot.Feels great to have this Home Depot on a drivable distance.The only concern I have is- sometimes I find myself running between their staff for for answers, they keep pointing to someone else and the chain keep building up.Overall its a great place and the stock they have is very good.

Worst experience ever. I placed two orders for pick up and one got ignored. Wait in store for 20 mins for online order pick up and no one helped or asked. Staff couldn’t care less about your concerns or complaints. I would give negative rating if possible. Avoid at all cost.

There were no staff available to assist in the appliance dept, asked a couple of associates that directed us to the service desk after one paged a manager to the dept. We went to the service desk to ask about the product and the rep at the desk told us that there was no one available to assist us and that all managers were in a meeting. Another clerk proceeded to look up the information in the computer providing the best customer service that she could provide under the circumstances.Because of the lack of customer service provided we went to Lowes and purchased the same refrigerator.Working in retail myself I understand businesses cutting back on hours but the appliance dept is one area that should never not have coverage. It was a $750 sale they lost.

Overall a great store. Sometimes the parking can get a bit crazy and they dont always have what you need, but the staff are super helpful. Prices fluctuate depending up on the time of year, and whats going on in the world, but generally if you need something for a home project, you can come here to get it. Great layout that actually makes a lot of sense too

Beware - Store affiliates do not look at your ID or look at your phone when you order online for in-store pickup. Anybody could pretend to be you and would have no problem stealing your order. Above all else, their website falsely advertises in-store inventory to get you to come in by accident. Dont expect your order to be ready for pickup when you arrive. Their customer service ignores your concerns.

Insanely slow service at the pro desk. I came to pick up an online order and buy some more material, and have had to wait for more than an hour for the one guy working the desk to come help me. I can see my order on a cart, but cant just take it even though its paid for? Im never ordering online from this place again and will be cancelling my hd credit card once Im done with this fiasco.

This is my happy place. Plants are cheaper than at lowes, although lowes has some more uncommon plants than home depot. The indoor plant section is fantastic. My only negative is that their roses all have mold on them, which transferred to all the roses in my garden. I get everything at home depot except roses.

I know its not this particular stores fault, but the website shouldnt mark things available for in-store pickup if that means theyre going to order the parts from vendor and it will be at the store in 3+ weeks. Even worse, definitely dont tell me my order is ready to pick up if its only partial and there are other parts that are 3+ weeks away. The idea here is convenience. And theres nothing convenient about driving 30 minutes to pick up half of your order and them waiting 3 weeks to get the other half. Dont offer available for in-store pickup if its not actually there!I leave this feedback for the Natick store because one of the kids that helped me gave me attitude when I suggested they provide the above feedback to corporate somehow. You should have read your email receipt. Not happy.

On the smaller side for the home depot chain but not lacking in variety, the staff in the paint dept was super friendly and offered up ideas and suggestions on what brand type and amount i needed . Store was well stocked and check out was a breeze.

I went to the Home Depot 339 Speen st natick ma this evening and what terrible service! I went to self check and the gentlemen only scanned my items in. I had two packs of light bulbs which he threw in my carriage and also put my broom and mop on top of them. Then he was standing so close and made me extremely uncomfortable. I paid 132$ for all my items. Then another women was standing in the door way like I was stealing. Then another women was at the desk without her mask on. I then left the store and called the store to speak to a manager who did not have cooperate numbers at all. She then proceeded to put me on hold to go to the Selfscan clerk. Not sure why she is worried about the clerk when I’m a paying customer. The customer always comes first, I work in retail for 12 years that was an awful experience. I’m Appalled by the service I received besides the women in the paint section she was extremely nice!

One of the largest homedepots Ive ever been too. A bit cluttered but... The workers are so much more visible and helpful. Mike i the locks and doors department, seemed to have gone above and beyond when helping me. Setting me up with 4 door knobs and dead bolts (total of 8 locks) with all matching keys while Mike was working that out I checked out the plants department. Huge selection even more so, a healthy selection. I even asked another employee, Adam, for help in regards of heat guns. Lesser personality but definitely helpful. He walked us to the wireless heat guns and then directed us to the paint department for the wired heat guns. I had a chat with one of the paint associates who was also friendly. I even had time to check out the huge lumber selection. . On my way back to the lock department I had a good conversation with two other associates, Paul and ANOTHER MIKE! Nice guys, we had a good conversation. Finally decided to leave and check out was fast, the lady was very nice, quick and easy. I typically prefer self check out because Im fast, friendly and efficient, but she was worth going to a checkout lane. Ive never cared about homedepot before this trip

The Home Depot at Natick, has very helpful customer service.In particular, Fred is very helpful and has great problem solving skills.Yesterday, i had a showerhead with a broken flange. And couldnt find a replacement.But Fred was able to help with finding the replacement for the broken part.Fred also found a workaround alternate part and took the time to assemble everything for me to just install the shower head.

As a local plumbing and HVAC contractor, I sometimes have to rely on Home Depot product warranties for my clients. Recently I had a client with a Rheem gas tank less water heater, installed 5 years ago by another company, that had a defective (leaking) heat exchanger. Melissa at the customer service department bent over backwards and went above and beyond for me when there was some confusion between the manufacturer and Home Depot warranty. She came in before her shift even started to call Rheem first thing in the morning to take care of the issue. My client, as well as I, are more than grateful for her efforts as we were able to get the unit ordered and the warranty in place. Thank you Melissa!

This place is out of control. I called twice. The first time I asked for the window department, and the robot said it would send me to someone that could help me. It rang prob 20 times, then switched phones and started ringing another 20 times, finally the contractor help desk picked up. I told him I wanted the window department and he said hed connect me. It started ringing, and rang for about 10 times and then the infamous dial tone.I called back. This time I pushed 0 twice to avoid the robot. I still got the robot saying that he would send me to someone that would help me. Its been ringing the whole time Ive been typing this. I bet you its over another 100 times. I did get a breather for a minute and a woman robot came on and said thank you for calling Ill connect you to someone that can help you. I got brief elevator music, then back to another torturous ring ring ring. were probably up to 200 rings now. If you have time to waste be my guest, Im going elsewhere.

Awful experience. Went to get some black pipe. Their pipes are on the wall loose. As I was grabbing my 10 pipe another one fell of the second story shelf, tearing my boot and crushing my toe. No one cares about personal safety there. Enter at your own risk. You better wear steel toe shoes while shopping there.

So tonight at around 8 30, i bought two items and went to get gas. I never got out of my car and realized I didnt have my wallet. I went back to search at the store and there were about 5 employees getting ready to close up. Apparantly no one turned in my wallet and i tore apart my car so it is either at home depot (either in store or parking lot, one of the two customers left picked it up, or an employee picked it up. I asked to see the tape and the manager was helpful as he could be, so we ll see if someone can look at the tape from last night and find out what the heck happened to my wallet.

Prepaid log splitter at register. Went later to pickup (it had to be prepared for pickup). Store seemed understaffed, Log Splitter in isle was not tagged as sold. Took almost 40 min for staff to identify the Log Splitter as having been prepared for my pickup. Grateful to on floor staff Joe for help in finding/solving what I bought. Guessing that pandemic staffing is unusually challenged in size. Otherwise will continue Do-It-Yourself project buying there.

Upon checking out in the self checkout line, a employee stood directly behind my cart. I asked if there was a problem and he counted the items in my cart and asked if that what I rang in. I told him yes and showed him my receipt. Than i asked if he thought I stole something or if there was a problem and he smiled and said no. As we were speaking another older woman came over and did the same thing. Looked at me and my cart and said it was their job to check on ppl because it was a self checkout line.EVERY self checkout line had ppl and both of these employees were looking at my cart. I didnt even raise my voice considering how mad I was. I did ask the guy if he would like to escort me to my car. He said no but conveniently followed me outside and smoked a cigarette.I did tell Joe the manager who seemed sympathetic but idk what happened.Jill was also very very nice.I was RACIALLY PROFILED buy NOT ONE but TWO HOME DEPOT IN NATICK EMPLOYEES.MY FAMILY AND NEIGHBORHOOD WILL TAKE OUR BUSINESS to Lowes!!!

Never, ever order something online. I ordered online, they must have routed to Natick for delivery. they delivered on time but only 1 of the 3 things I ordered. Ive called multiple times and cant get anyone to help me. main Home Depot number online referred me to Natick since the order was routed to them for delivery. I called Natick and they referred to customer service but the phone just rings and rings and rings. When I finally spoke to someone at the main Natick number they told me that Id just have to keep calling back until someone in customer service picked up.

As a place to buy lumber, or tools or equipment its fine, but God help you if you need any assistance (because you wont be able to find an employee).I come here often. I usually am just buying one or two small things. Last week I got two gallons of paint. That took over almost two hours. This week I needed to buy some pipe and have it cut. That took close to an hour. I wish I could just leave and come back when someone was here, but no one is ever there.

Really rude guy guarding the garden entrance, yelling at people about not using this door, go around to the main door and WEAR A MASK! GEEZ, cant you put someone out there who has a little better customer rapport? The messages could be delivered so much nicer. Put back my plants and left. Employees are either all over you to help, or nowhere to be found. There is no in-between. The sinage clearly states no dogs except service animals, but there are always random, non-service animals throughout the store. We even found poop on the floor once.

I bought ant traps there a week ago and read that they had curbside pickup. They did not, and I was prompted to walk into the store, go up to the desk, than walk a different way out a different door. employees were wearing masks but most of the customers were not and they were not really keeping their distance. If you need to stay safe I would not recommend this store unless they assure curbside pickup or make all customers wear masks.

Whether on the phone or in person, it is near impossible to get ANY customer service at this location. I often call and wait until the automated machine eventually just hangs up because no one answers or you just get transferred over and over without ever reaching the right department. The Pro Desk is completely unreliable as well. I went into the store last Friday to pick up an on order due that day and spent 20 minutes asking 4 different employees (while numerous walked by without acknowledging that I was waiting for help at a desk that was still open with no one attending it) to eventually just get someone from a different department with pro desk experience just to tell me my order did not arrive as planned. Im at a complete loss if words with how this store is managed. I rarely need help as Im more than familiar with my way around the store (I even worked at a home depot years ago and didnt see this complete lack of accountability), but when you MUST get support at a Pro Desk as there is no self-service option, my hands are completely tied. Will never do a special order here again. Please teach management how to run a business. This place is in dire need of help.
