Was told completely incorrect information about a hair dye, now my hair is ruined. I thought my natural color was boring but compared to this, it was gorgeous. I now have to have their mistake corrected by a pro hairstylist with real dye, all because a shopkeeper couldnt admit she didnt know about the brand I was interested in...or maybe she just flat out lied, just to sell me the product. I will never shop here again. Thanks, Sally Beauty, my hair really needed the unnecessary damage....

We went to buy a product around 5:55pm and found a sign stating someone will be back in 15 min. We waited in the car and someone appeared inside the store at 6:05pm. My wife went to the door while I was still getting out of the car and the associate locked the door on her way out as my wife approached. The associate was tense and pointed to the same sign that she will back in another 15min and walked off.
