We met with Diana Page to look at fixtures, toilets, and sinks for home remodeling projects. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Diana listened to our ideas and then showed us the options to consider and the benefits of each. The faucets we were trying to match have been discontinued and she promptly showed us an alternative. She was prompt with her quote as well. We visited the store during the pandemic and felt safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend working with Diana.

I am in the my bathroom renovation process and so glad I visited Kohler showroom in Natick! Best experience ever, even though I am familiar with interior design field. Great brand and really impressive way to put everything in one place. Many thanks to Patrick who helped us with everything!!! We bought all that we wanted in Purist design for the sink, bathtub and shower, he explained all details and demonstrated how it works. There is no any question we did not get answers for!! Both me and my husband have been impressed by Patrick`s competence and deep knowledges. I highly recommend this showroom and if you will make an appointment with Patrick you will no have any regrets!

We just remodeled our house, and in the process dealt with about 25 different sales people, contractors, sub contractors,etc, and Patrick Guiteau was the best we worked with. He was responsive, pleasant, reliable, and flexible. If I were ever hiring salesman, Id call him.The only reason the review isnt getting 5 stars is because one of the parts we received was defective. Certainly not Patricks fault, and he quickly sent us a new part.

Then when we lost a part for something, she was so responsive! I cant say enough good things about her and Kohler. The products are great and this service is outstanding!

Christeen was wonderful to work with. I wanted a custom size vanity and she helped me put together exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend Kohler and Christeen!

Andrews expertise and professionalism saved the day. I was in the midst of a renovation, needed new shower plumbing and was very prescriptive in what I wanted. I was a week out from starting and all of suddent did not have what I wanted in hand. He helped me find exactly what I had been looking for and it was delivered prior to the start date. Original review (see update below)My wife purchased a Kohler Cast Iron under-mount sink in April 2019. The sales staff described the sink a bullet proof and that you could drop pots and pans into it with without any risk to the enamel. We just had a house guest clean a metal pot in the sink and it left a giant gauge in the enamel. I dont want to think what would have happened to the sink if we had actually dropped a pot in it. The staff at Signature Store could not have been less interested. They told me they could do nothing to help and that it is not covered by the Kohler warranty. Thanks for the great customer care after spending $800!Updated review (1 week later)A customer service manager (Jessica) reached out to us within 24 house of my first call and was very helpful. She listened carefully to the problem, and came through for us in finding a solution. After we sent her pictures of the damage she contacted Kohler for us and arranged for a replacement sink. She also offered to cover the re-installation costs. Outstanding customer service! Thank you!We will definitely be using a basin basket in the new sink, based upon our experience they are more than an optional accessory.

While in the process of renovating my house, I walked into the Kohler Signature Store and was greeted by Mary Cisneros. She was very helpful in explaining the various products and product lines and throughout the process was professional, patient, and pleasant. She responded quickly to emails and phone calls, provided quotes in a timely fashion, and generally made the process run smoothly. It was a pleasure in every way to work with her, and I highly recommend her.

We worked with Jordan on a tough kitchen sink problem, and she responded with enthusiasm and expertise. She is very good at her job, follows through, and appears to know the business very well. I would highly recommend her for any project.

Mary Cisneros did a phenomenal job! This was our 3rd bathroom reno but the first with Mary and she was by far the most responsive person who ever helped us. She listened to what we were looking for and was extremely quick to respond with pictures, suggestions, samples and answers to all of our questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of products including what is needed for installation. She provided us with a detailed cost spreadsheet and provided our contractor with spec sheets and pictures to make our bathroom reno seamless. I highly recommend her.

I had a fantastic experience with the team. They came to the rescue finding the correct part for my Kohler tub. Christeen was extremely helpful with solving the plumbing crisis. She secured a part in their inventory for me that was back ordered for 6wks to even +90days everywhere else. To top it off their price was better than the +90 day back order. In the end I should have gone to them first as the expensive Kohler tub that I had purchased from an internet store was even less expensive directly from them. And BTW, did I mention that they included expedited shipping for me.I am very impressed. Thank you team! I will call you guys first from now on!

Christeen at the Natick MA store was great to work with, but it took over 2 months to get my sink. Granted, there were reasons beyond their control. Christeen stayed on top of it and the sink looks great!

Bad idea for contractors, do not send anyone over there or they will steal your customer, it happaned to me. Ive ask my customer to go to them to by a Kohler faucet, because of the quality, next thing, she called couples days later to tell me that they will do the entire project. If you need high quality plumbing fixtures, go to Republic Plumbling Supply.
