I can find liqours there I cant find anywhere else. And I very much enjoy their pick 6 discount for wine. Also,all the staff is very knowledgeable and want to help.

Every floor employee is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are reasonable, and the variety of options are incredible. This is the adult equivalent of a toy store. There are also demo tables around. Do yourself a favor and plan a trip out here, but know that the roads around it are a pain in the neck, as is the parking.

If you go into the store and ask for an allocated spirit that they only have in the back, they treat you like youre part of some crazy conspiracy theory when in reality maybe you just like high end stuff. Stop being suspicious of your customers! Its rude!

This is the best thing to have happened to Framingham since Julios in Marlboro! Huge store serving wide range of beers, wines, spirits. Even has a humidor section if you need to pick up a cigar to accompany your drink of choice. Huge parking lot and easy access from Route 9, Route 30, and Mass Pike.

Was amazed at how large it is! Very well organized, you can check online to see if they have what you are looking for and it will tell you exactly where in the store to find it. They also have a larger than expected non-alcoholic section.

I was looking for a variety of nips to offer adult guests with our planned visit from the Kona Ice Truck and Total Wine did not disappoint! So much variety of vodkas, rums, liqueurs, and more!

Holy moly! If you want to purchase some alcohol, this is the place. Believe me when I tell you, they carry alcohol. Knowledgeable staff, decent prices and enough alcohol to barter your way through any Apocalypse scenario.

For a very large liquor and wine store, I would have expected they would carry or at least be able to special order mount gay light rum. They cant because of their distribution channels. Ive also found they have a lot but dont have some other items we typically look for. Definitely a great selection and prices are somewhat competitive but not the best. Their stores in the south are a bit better IMHO.

My only complaint is their bottle return. It used to be inside but they moved it to an ultra-small closet only accessible from an outside door. It only holds one person, and there is only one machine so in winter you have to stand outside in the freezing cold waiting a very long time. They should be more considerate of their customers time/comfort.

Huge selection! its almost overwhelming but unbelievably intriguing at the same time You can stop in quickly for your regular choice or you can browse around for over an hour (maybe more?) and look at bottles from all around the world no matter what type of alcohol youre into or even soda or all types of alcohol related supplies or cigars and beyond!! Really you can find everything here but you dont feel as though youre getting lost like in BB and beyond and start panicking and screaming for your Mom

Excellent selection and helpful people - although you might have to go to the customer desk.The bottle return is one of those automated machines and sometimes the bottles and cans are rejected, even though I purchased them there.But they do have a hand sanitizing station at the entrance, so kudos for that.Always worth a visit, their prices are hard to beat.

I love shopping here for wine.. you can find some reasonable everyday wine.. like Barefoot, Yellow Chilli, that are good and affordable.Lots and lots of choice of brands and varied price range. Its my favourite spot to shop wine.

They have just about everything in here. Only thing is that the staff really insisted on opening the box of patrone my friend bought even though she did not want them to. They let her just keep in the box after a bit back and forth.

Total Wine has decided to charge for store and curbside pickup now. Big mistake Total Wine. I for one have switched back to my small local store. I pay pennies more and Im helping a local family business. Whoever thought it was a good idea should be fired.UPDATE !!! Lots of inventory for all variety of alcohol and prices are competitive or better than the competition. I wish there was some signage around where bottle returns can be brought. The associates are very attentive.

If youve never been prepare to be wow-ed. The selection of wines and liquors is amazing! The staff is very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. And, for all you high class single malt drinkers I dare you to buy one of their 8, 9 or 10 thousand dollar bottles - just be sure to invite me for a tasting!

Experience was great as usual. Always someone around to help with products. A young man went and got a case of wine because there wasnt any on shelf. I only needed one. He was quick and cordial. I checked out quickly without problems thanks to Barry.

This store is absolutely massive and has the best prices around on almost any bottle of liquor or wine. Their Japanese whisky selection is excellent, although just like everywhere else, it is impossible to keep the age statement japanese whiskies in stock.

Great place to shop for all your spirit needs, the wines list is second to none, and the price makes it a fame changer.

Store is clean and prepared for the on going pandemic. Staff is friendly and making sure that people keep to social distancing. I wish the staff were more transparent when making suggestions as they always seem to want to push the total wine direct products. I guess theres more profits in the direct stuff.

Great friendly staff, awesome price! You can find there everything. I mean it! Everything! Also they have a room where you can try the wine and choose yours. All wine places by the country and very easy to find. Sometimes there are really good deals for the different type of liquor. Highly recommended!

Came for Plantation Guatemala rum XO (which they dont carry) and left with a bottle of 1997 Trinidad rum. Im a happy man. Highly recommended rum from a great store.

Total Wine & More is an awesome liquor store! The have massive inventory, very helpful staff (looking up specific products and scanning unmarked items for us in the aisles), with wine tasting stations everywhere. I was amazed at the number of gift items they had. In the back they had a section of the store devoted to professional wine appreciation events. Highly recommend a trip to Total Wine & More.

Make sure to come here on Friday or weekend for a great wine & liquor tasting. You can try various types of drinks and have great description from people working here. This place is very large - so unless you are looking for a rare selection of drinks, you can probably find everything that you are looking for.

My favorite liquor store in the area!! Cant beat the prices! Excellent selections of everything, relatively easy to navigate, knowledgeable and friendly consultants, many tasting tables, great customer service. They even display points and recommendations from their own personnel. Oh, and discounts on larger purchases, and much more... :)

Best Liquor/Beer Store in Massachusetts!

Love this store. They have beers and liquor I have been looking for all over Boston. They also have a good selection of prime cigars. Prices arent the best, but fair. The only downside is their inventory system. I shopped for some specific items, but they were not where their web site indicated. One associate could not locate them in his inventory, but another associate knew just where everything was. If someone tells you that they dont carry an item, dont give up.

Great selection good prices some the the workers are very knowledgeable. However when buying multiple cases for an event they indicated they would accept unused/unopened cases in a return. Unopened returns were refused.

Great place to find a huge selection of anything booze youre looking for. Better than Two Buck Chuck is the Pacific Peak line of wines that are under $3 a bottle. Cant beat it and theyre way better than Trader Joes. Prices are fair too, a little high but depends on what youre looking for after all Grannys not making moonshine up at the still! Haha

Also the pricing here is completely completely amazing . In fact on some bottles of basic things like champagne you can save 5 to $6 on a 750 ml bottle. I was completely Amazed by this. if nothing else its worth a trip over here to see if you like it
