Haha, its weird. I called this store for parts replacement. Asked the lady about a replacement - she said that the store not provide this service because of COVID and sent me to call to other stores. BUT, I decided to double-check, maybe I understood something wrong because of a bad connection and instead of repeat what she said to me in a beginning, she just made look like she doesnt hear me. I repeat again - and she put the phone down. Called again right away - nobody answer and nobody calls me back :)La-la-la. Fair 3 star for customer support. Furniture is probably good, idk.
