I am extremely picky. I stayed here for probably 2 hours trying on almost everything in the whole store. Everyone was helpful and patient throughout the whole experience and I really appreciated their honest opinions. I literally bring all of my friends here.

I got my sweet 16 dress here. I have been to many stores but they had the best selection. The sales rep was very patient and helpful.

Went in to try on dresses for my senior banquet and the lady told me that I shouldn’t put on the dress that I picked out because it wasn’t for the occasion. She then proceeded to look up and down at what I was wearing and then looked at the price of the dress ($500) and said “you sure you want to try on the dress? It’s $500”. My friend asked to try a dress on and the lady flat out refused to let her put it on. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Never going back

Yay!! I finally found a dress that I absolutely love! I have been searching for MONTHS. I have been to soooo many places but I couldnt find anything flattering in my size (size 16) The first dress I tried on here I fell in love with and there were many other options to choose from. Def will be back for my sisters wedding next year.

Even though this boutique is located in the Natick Mall where big names like Nordstrom and Lord and Taylor are located, we were able to find beautiful dresses at great prices! Definitely coming back whenever I need a dress for a special occasion. My friend who is a petite and is always struggling to find dresses, was able to find a dress for her wedding and actually love it from the momento she tried it, saw it and shared it with her loved ones. Wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, or just a formal dress, you can find it here!

Bought my prom dress here last year and this year. I always have great luck here :) they have gorgeous dresses. I sent all my friends here & they all ended up finding their dresses here.

They are sooo friendly and the dresses are really worth the money

Although many of the dresses were beautiful at this store, their selection of dresses that were NOT aria was very limited, and the customer service I experienced was one of the worst. I had tried on a dress at a different prom store, and Aria had the dress in a different color. The employee brought me to a dressing room and flat out told me she did not like the dress i chose. Awkward considering I ended up buying the dress from a different place... In short the employees do not help you in any sense to find the dress you need. All the employees did not seem to have enough experience and would just say oooooh thats SO pretty to every single dress instead of giving actual advice and they would try to rush you into a sale. If you need to quickly get a prom dress I would understand why you would choose this store but if youre looking for actual guidance I would try any other prom dress store.

The dresses were cool, but you can only try on two if your parents arent with you. I was planning on buying one but I couldnt try on more than two, which sucks

I ordered my dress in January and it hasnt come in 3 months later.. they didnt even bother to call me when the dress was supposed to come in. they were very rude on the phone and Im not even sure why they dont give tracking numbers

I loveee this store!!!! :) I just bought my dress here today! I had such an amazing experience that I had to write a review! I am the most pickiesttt person everr and it usually takes me foreverrrr to find a dress!! Last year for my junior prom I went to soooo many places and it took forever to find one that I actually LOVEDD... After hearing that sooo many of my friends bought their dresses at aria I decided to shop here first this year... & let me tell youuu,, they had the most amazing service & selection that I have ever seen... the store is not very big but their selection is hands down the best.. very well organized and the employees were soooo kindd & helpful... I tried sooo many on & ended up liking each and every one of them so it was kind of hard to choose just one.. but they were very patient with me until I was 100 % sure and seemed like they truly enjoyed what they do unlike the stores that I went to last year... I ended up going up with a dress that they picked out for me.. I did not expect to like it... on the hanger it was okayy but when I had it on it wasss absolutelyyy gorgeous and I fell in love!!! Cant wait to wear this dresss for prommmm!! I am soo thankful to the employees that helped me out todayy and stayed patient with me until 100% happy with my decision! Thank you!! I will send all my friends to aria!!
