I had gone to the store to pick up an item that said it was available in the store. I was unable to locate the item and asked for help to find it. There was not a lot of effort put forth in looking. I then went to my car and placed an order for in store pick up. Within 15 minutes I got an email saying my order was ready.I was excited that I was going to get the item I needed but was very disappointed I had to travel back to the store.

The amount of Afros, Mexican culture, Chinese culture, and Indigenous culture i saw as Halloween costumes there were sad.Also when it was on a white person.

Lots of staff, store can be extremely busy on some days, everything was always ready.

Your Online ordering does not work! At all!!It Kept asking me to add an item for free shipping, and every time I tried, it brought me back to the beginning. Sometimes deleting the items in my cart, and jumping to other pages.So I gave up, and tried to call in my order. They Cannot do that; so I asked if I could come in today and place the order for Saturday delivery- can’t do deliver either. **Even though site suggests it, for large bouquets!!So I’m pretty confused on what you can and cannot do.I will just come in person on the day of my party, when I’m trying to decorate, and cook, and get everything ready, to purchase balloons. Just great!! I may even change my mind by then, and forget the whole balloon idea!!

I personally dont like party city as the prices are so high for small things like ballons and they dont even last that much. I agree party city has lot of varieties but same you can buy through Amazon at a much cheaper rate plus save ur gas as they deliver it to ur home. Super pricey shop

Good selection of stuff but staff were very nasty. My sister asked for a balloon and the staff had a nasty attitude. The cashier didnt even greet us, nothing! If they dont like helping customers maybe they shouldnt work there.

Theyre options have become alot more limited. And can some products can be way more expensive here than some where else. But if your throwing a kids party, great resources.

Stuff attitude were generally cold and non-flexible. Party is supposed to be exciting, rule breaking, happy and friendly. None of these can be found at the store. With the rise of on-line retail giants, being a cost leader is not likely. The strategic focus of local retail stores need to be more on better service and warm, face-to-face personal touch. None can be found here.

Decent place to get party supplies. I was able to buy what I was looking for which was a happy birthday banner. It seemed like the whole store had only one employee. I had to wait at the register for them to show up.

All you need for a party

I placed a order for party favors and the package was very disappointing. Many of the items were bent and others had clearly damaged packages. Several of the toys were completely out of the packaging and couldn’t be used as a favor. The whole box has dirty and debris in it. I was unsure what the dirt was but it was over most of the items and very visible. I paid $7.99 for shipping and handling. It was not worth it and clearly no care was put into selecting the items. Very disappointed!

Since Itza Party closed, this is the best party store in the area. Supplies are available for a wide variety of parties and themes. Good set of costumes for Halloween.

The party citys have come alot way since they switched from iParty. Lots more to get, people seem more engaged and can help better even during the busy season.

Every year we spend around 200 dollars at this place and then the day of our daughters party we have all the balloons filled there as they always say when we purchase the balloons come back the day of the party and we will fill them no charge and every year they find some mistake that THEIR employee did wrong and need to charge us for some of the balloons to be filled well BULL*H*T to that they said we didnt charge you the day of purchase for the inflation well sorry but thats YOUR problem and also isnt that why we all go to party city u buy them there THEY fill them up there NO CHARGE? thats what they have always said!... So a diff employee came out of the back room and said to the other employee... Just fill them well thank you very much didnt catch her name but she was an older woman with blonde hair and alot more helpfull but i think next year we will find a new place for our party goods for our daughters bday party im done with party city!

Almost Halloween thought I would check them out and see what type of costume and accessories they have, I was a little disappointed the really did not have as an extensive collection as I would have hopped and it was hard to find some one available to help. I will just order online.

Well let me start by saying I worked here for about 3 weeks, and it was hell... The store manager was so messed up, he was really rude. I was helping a customer litterly 5 minutes before we close and all he was saying on my mic to tell them we close in 5 minutes and to hurry up. Seriously??? I love customers and I think regardless what time it is a customer should always be happy on their way out rather than being rushed. Some managers didnt even move 1 finger all they did was watch us and I swear to god they are racist Im a Latina girl, and the Store manager Rick would see these american white girls just walk around and do nothing and I was there getting told no down time? Like wow. And they also pay us through this temporary card because its to expensive to give out checks, but they charge us 5$ per transactions and gets taken out from our check. They have a nasty break room, the soda machine is like 60 years old. I would rate this a -1 but I had no choice. The manager also goes out for a cigarette break every 15 minutes and smells like an ash tray, its disgusting. I will never EVER APPLY HERE AGAIN. The way they treated me was horrible. Oh and they also do a bag check I carry a purse and on the employee handbook says they are aloud to check our packages,coats, and backpacks .my purse is not a backpack. They have to be more specific in things and why would you hire someone and not trust them I thought that was the whole purpose . but seriously I can say Suzzie and Michael were the nicest and understandable. And Rick always talked bad about the employee it was horrible things. If he had nothing good to say, he should have kept to him self. I really really think it was bad. I dont think 9$ an hour was worth me dealing with all this crap.
