Had flooring installed. Installer removed the threshold/transitions and didn’t reapply or replace them. Was told repeatedly that they considered the job finished, even though 2 of our room transitions looked like the picture below. 3 weeks later they said they would need to order new pieces and there would be an additional cost for us. Ultimately went with a different company to finish their job because it was so frustrating to work with them and all they seemed to care about was getting the balance paid for. Despite not finishing the job they agreed to do.I don’t recommend working with them. Plenty of other options.

We had a very pleasant experience with A J Rose. With a tight schedule we need get all the floors ready before move date. Andrew at store is very experienced and provided all the information/recommendation to help pick up the best carpet and hardwood floor for us. All the measurements were done quickly and we got the installation scheduled within two weeks. Darell did amazing job to get hardwood floor installed . The whole experience is the best you can get as customer. I highly recommend this place and will definitely use in future!

We had a patterned stair runner installed on a curved staircase originally built in 1845. Needless to say it was a tricky installation and after some effort they installed the runner beautifully. Andrew Robrish at the Natick store was very helpful, came by to see the project and measure, and was super communicative. Would definitely go back to AJ Rose for our future carpet needs.

We just had new stair and hallway carpet installed by AJ Rose. We actually ordered the carpet some months ago, but asked them to hold onto it until we felt more comfortable having workmen in the house due to the pandemic. They gladly accommodated us and when the time came to install, sent a team that was quick, masked, careful to distance and did a great job. Also, Randy in the Natick store was a pleasure to work with and got us the right carpet at a great price. We will be back for all of our needs!

We just had a J Rose put flooring in the kitchen area and carpeting of two rooms in our Inlaw suite. The salesman in the store was excellent and there was absolutely zero pressure and he knew every possible option from the colors that we wanted We were also able to Bring home a number of samples to show my wife who was not leaving the home due to Covid at that time. The men who came to the home we’re extremely friendly and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and they continue to allow me to go in and check on the work as they continued. I would highly recommend a AJ Rose for your carpeting and flooring needs

Was a pleasure to work with the A.J. Rose team to replace our carpets in our home. The planning process was incredibly easy and they were very accommodating. The install team was cordial, very clean, and took the time to make sure I was consulted before they did anything that may not have been exactly how we planned. Prices were a bit high, but everything was on time and the installation was perfect!

They sold us some low quality carpet, assuring us that the carpet we were purchasing was actually of great quality. It came with one year warranty. A couple of months after we moved in to our new home we noticed that the quality of the carpet was definitely not as advertised. We have been calling for MONTHS now trying to resolve this issue, IN VAIN.If I have to live with this terrible carpet in my home, then I want to make sure that other people avoid finding themselves in the same situation by taking their money and their business elsewhere.

We had a wall to wall carpet installed by AJ Rose in my Son’s room yesterday and we are extremely happy with the job they did. The rug looks amazing and the price was right. Romi was so helpful -she guided us in the selection which was critical because their inventory is amazing. I highly recommend using AJ Rose for your flooring.

The absolute worst customer service. Scheduling an install is very painful - you must be available literally all day. I bought my stair runners in May and still have not successfully scheduled an install. One morning they showed up unexpectedly and I got charged over $100 for not being home - they did not call the night before. Romi will call you, but then abruptly end the conversation and hang up if a customer walks in the door, and expect you to not mind. Glad to sell you something - after that good luck!

All good but they didn’t take the rug away!

Carpet installed in one of our rooms was flawed. At the time, the installer told me this happens occasionally and that everything was being appropriately handled. Its nearly 4 weeks later and after several phone calls, Ive been told they are just now filing a claim with the manufacturer! This isnt and shouldnt be my concern. The installer gave me the impression the replacement order was underway and that theyd be back to install it very soon. Unfortunately nobody is taking responsibility and its being handled extremely poorly. I cannot recommend using AJ Rose.

About a year ago I was planning a family reunion and hired A.J.Rose to install carpeting, clean area rugs and steam clean the tile in my kitchen and baths. I couldnt be happier with the results.I had them come back this year to clean my carpeting.They are prompt, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning and installing of rugs and tile.

We worked with Romi to choose and then have LVP and carpeting installed throughout the house. We could not be happier with the installers and their work and with Romi who was responsive and made everything go according to schedule. Very positive experience overall, highly recommend.

Unbelievable. Tried calling about a carpet to buy for my home in Franklin. Salesperson told me that the carpet must be private label - not true. Told me he didnt have time as there were customers and to call back during the week. I told him I didnt have time during the week. He said fine and hung up. Finally called back to ask for for a manager conveyed my experience - told me he was too busy and was obviously disinterested in helping. Stay away!!! I can only shudder at the experience you get after a purchase if they treat customers like this beforehand.

A.J. Rose procured for us a high-quality Fabrica bound area carpet that our designer had recommended at a fair price. Their sales and installation staffs were accommodating and professional in ordering, communicating about, delivering and installing the rug in our room of choice. The installation was particularly tricky given the specifics of the room, however, their courteous and experienced staff accomplished it with aplomb. We couldnt be happier with the product and service, and thus wouldnt hesitate in recommending A.J. Rose to others.

July 22nd I initiated my kitchen floor install of vinyl tile with AJ Rose and quite literally NOTHING thus far has been handled professionally. The gentleman who did the estimate was gone for 2 weeks and I couldn’t get a quote. I finally got the quote and initiated my order on August 9th submitting my contract and payment for all materials. I was told of get a call in a few days when the materials came in. 10 days later I was chasing them down again and they couldn’t verify receipt of materials. Finally my install was scheduled for a Friday/Saturday 8/31 -9/1 with an extra 1/2 day the following Friday as needed. Saturday morning the 2nd portion of the work was to be started and it was clear that they would able to wrap up early. They told me they would be arriving at 8am. After mutiple texts they told me they were not arriving because someone didn’t order all the materials. They would finish next week. When I called the store they told me I’d have to speak with the installer. When I called the installer they blamed the store, refused to tell me names of the individuals who did the install or who their actual employer is. When I called the store back they refused to speak with me further until management arrived on Tuesday. No one at this company or their subcontractors takes any responsibility for mistakes. Do not hire them. It’s not worth the risk.

Worst instillation job Ive ever seen. It has been in for 2 months (since Dec. 17) and the track marks that they tried to tell me would disappear are still there. Id never buy another carpet from them again.
