The customer service and behavior of their employees at this location makes you not care about purchasing any item you may have wanted to buy. I left without anything due to the lack of respect for their customers. Selections of items are good and with decent pricing but, for me, it is not worth shopping at this establishment. Not to mention the slow moving check out line. Would never recommend anyone to shop here, plenty of other stores with great items and great employees to shop with. Its a no for this Zara.
Zara, what is going on? I shop st the Natick store every week. The lines are incredibly long and they move slowly. Sometimes people wait 45 minutes or more to pay. Zara employees can’t get their story straight about why the fitting rooms are still closed… “guidelines from Europe “, “not enough employees to manage everything “, etc. And, the store is messy and gets messier every week. Zara, listen to your devoted clients. You can’t continue like this.
Found 3 dresses I liked for an upcoming wedding but fittings rooms are closed for some reason? So I hung them back up on the rack and walked out.
Avoid at all costs…. The line is so long and moves incredibly slow. Not sure if the employees are just over it or not but it’s pretty unpleasant
Long line to get in. The shorts were to short. Only buy shorts if you want to show entire butt off to the world. The shirts were good. The sizing was in European size so you have to pay extra attention to the sizing.

This place is horribly busy. Every time I come here, the line goes through the whole store, and just two registers are open . Its impossible to make a return faster than in a hour .
The store is not organized at all I dont know how a manager can keep his store with a mess where the coordinator of the store must check the store all the day the table in a big mess and still not open the dressing room I dont until when they gonna wait to open it all the store they open there dressing room Im so disappointed from zara I use to work in Qatar as store manage for mango and I know very zara and mango how they work for there image and keep the store clean .
Zara needs to figure out their operations. Having long lines of people that wrap around the entire store is annoying, not safe and also not a good business practice. Also, the store employees lied and said that their fitting rooms are closed due to their European policies. I have a friend that works at zara in Europe and he said that their fitting rooms have been open since April. Having the fitting rooms closed is part of the problem since so many people are returning items and making the line super long. Hire more help.

Is Zara not reading the reviews? Literally in checkout line past 45 mins, havent moved an inch. There are 50+ people in line, zero attention to covid protocols because line keeps on expanding but billing counter has only 1 person. Other employees are literally standing next to the couter doing nothing! They also denied billing on Mens side and asked to wait on the main counter that had 100s of us already waiting.
I came to return a dress, waited in line for 56 minutes just to do a return. The cashiers are in no hurry. They have two cashiers working, this is the worst service I have ever experienced.. 56 minutes for a return is absurd.

Customer service is horrid. I have been a long time shopper at Zara and have always loved their clothing- HOWEVER- my mother bought me some items for Christmas and when I returned from out of state and did my 14 day quarantine, they wouldn’t let me get store credit because I didn’t have a gift receipt. I would have to have my mother mail me the receipt if she ever finds it which is just silly. After nearly seven years of almost exclusively buying from Zara, I will be shopping elsewhere and will be warning my girlfriends about this as well. Sad

The male sale agent is lack of training with attitude. They rushed you out and limited your option because they are closing the store. But even though you closed at 7pm doesn’t mean that we can’t shopping as it’s only 6:30pm and we were waiting line to get in. If you want to leave your work earlier then why not you just quit and stay home forever instead.
This store is a disaster. It’s complete chaos and some of the employees are so rude.

ZERO STARS- buyer beware AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I ordered items in November of this year for my daughters for Christmas. I have three pairs of jeans that they will not even let me exchange since it is past the 30 day return policy. In a time of economic hardship I cannot imagine any company not allowing Christmas exchanges from a November order. I simply wanted to exchange for a new size. I will NEVER order or step foot into Zara. I am beyond disappointed at the lack of customer service and the way I was treated. I truly understand return policies, but not allowing for holiday exchanges is ridiculous.
Love this Zara ! It’s spacious, and very organized (when there’s not a huge sale). They also are very efficient and I always see clothes that are on the website and also new pieces I always come across.
This is my first and last time ordering $135 worth of clothes from Zara! The day I was home I immediately got a email saying my package was delivered, so I go outside and there was NO site of my package anywhere. He didnt knock on my door or call me via my cell phone. So Ive contacted Zara and the delivery company and they are giving me the run around saying they arent responsible because its saying it got delivered! I wish I had a camera to prove nothing got delivered!!!!! And then the delivery company tells me maybe the delivery driver lost the package which he obviously did so HES RESPONSIBLE!!!!!!! I better receive a new order to a refund!!! Im not going to stop until something is done!!!!! This is not fair at all!!!!

I got some very cool pants and shirts and highly discounted prices. Also got a couple nice fragrances. I give 4 stars because I spent quite more time waiting in line that I expected. Other than that, Zara is awesome as always. I will definitely go back and I sure as hell recommend Zara to everybody!
Came here to return two items 15 minutes before the closing time on Saturday and wasn’t let in. Apparently the closing time is now 6:45 PM and not 7 PM. I guess no one wants to work now. I’ll never forget the broad’s face who said she couldn’t let me in.

Awful awful customer service. the woman at the checkout counter said she would ship me a couple items in a size that they didnt have in the store. i asked first if I would be able to return them via mail if they didnt fit or I didnt like them because the store is far away. she ensured that would be fine. turns out now that I cant return them via mail and corporate customer service says theres nothing they can do to make it better. direct to consumer businesses can always find something to do to make it better. saying theres nothing they can do just speaks volumes about this companys operations and how little they value the customer.

Impressive selection for an outlet this size. The clothes are high-quality as one would expect from the Zara name. I found nary a thing that simply didnt look good, and even then those with different tastes or niches might enjoy them. Overall, a stellar example of Zara in Natick Mall.
Line is always to long
Nothing against the brand but the return policy. I ordered online and received a defective item. It was perfume but it was missing a few vials since it was a sampler set. There was nothing that said I couldnt return it in store, but the SA refused to take it and told me to contact CS. He probably was right but still, such a hassle.

I come to this Zara location in Natick Mall not frequently, however whenever I do I am always treated properly and the employees are attentive to customers, the choices of clothing are generous and cater to my style. Its very clean and well kept also.However, today I went in to return an online purchase I made a while back and it was not within their return policy. I am not writing this poor review because of their return policy, but because the employee working there was extremely rude to me, and her face was not the most welcoming thing Ive seen in my life. When I arrived to the counter to request a refund past 30 days, she INSTANTLY cut me off before I could finish speaking and told me to call customer service. She was very unwilling to help other than the fact that she told me to call customer service.I walked out with such disgust and I would expect more from not only from an employee but as a human being as well. I will continue to shop here but I pray to lord I do not lay eyes on this despicable person ever again.

I love ZARA and i have been shooping with them since i was in Russia.Unfortunately this is the worst store ever, I say this because I have been calling the Damn store for 2 days but they never pick up, just to be sure they have a particular size of a pair of shoes I need before driving to Natick, hence I live in Providence RI.

Extremely poor customer service and rude associates. I’ve never seen any sales floor personnel smile or be welcoming to customers on the floor. I was returning something and had to look at my phone for a message while the card reader at the register asked me to remove my card. The sales person rudely told me ‘Do you are what the machine says?!’. I was really take aback. I thought it was just one of those days, but I’ve repeatedly have had unpleasant experience at this store. The associates need to be better trained and how to handle customers. I have reduced going to the store and I’m sure it drives away many such loyal customers!
They dont have a good selection compared to the Zara in Rhode Island surprising, all they have are mainly casual and business clothes. Really shocking.

This is rediculous that a person needs to wait that long! I would expect this at Walmart but not in Natick Mall. This is the second time this has happened to me and won’t be coming back again, will shop at another store! Then when I finally get checked out the cashier didn’t even say “thank you, have a good day” but literally handed me the bag and said “next” without even looking at me. Such poor manner and service!

The clothes are nice obviously but the service is subpar! I was going in the fitting room and saw a salesperson who turned his back on me being busy with I dont know what. He didnt give a damn if I wanted to try on clothes. I wasnt happy happy with one jacket and went out of the fitting room to get a different size and came back to the fitting room. Another salesperson just pointed me to go in without saying anything. Ok fine I know I dont come to Zara for a good service. I know that from the experience at Zara Newbury Street.After I selected all my clothes and went to the register, the manager, I guess, was busy with another salesperson going on and on about cashier schedules. He asks, are you all set? Where is ____? (The cashier) oh well hes eating. You can go pay at the lady section! Ummmm...ok how ironic!
