Nice teenager employee did help me find a game for my son when I knew absolutely positively nothing about what I was looking for

The store itself is very clean. However, the customer service is terrible. Not all employees are bad, but if you are dealing with the associate Glen good luck. During my transaction he became rude and disrespectful when I declined to renew my membership for the powerup rewards program.

Each time i go to this GameStop i am never disappointed! they always have me leave with a proud smile on my face! (even in COVID-19 through my mask) When i walk in there I feel like the store is a prize! I am and have been a GameStop Rewards Member for 2 1/2 years and the +$5 in shop credit is the most amazing and helpful to pay especially if you are getting for example: a PS5! if your a member for 12 months, 12 x 5 = $60! that’s $60 off your purchase! so i was using the PS5 as an example and it’s majority out of stock all across america! to conclude my review i would like to thank the Employees at GameStop (Company) but i thank the Actual Store Employees! they are so kind and help find anything and never leave a customer unhappy!

Went in on a Friday morning, the mall was pretty empty (so was gamestop). My brother was picking up a pre-order and while in line an associate was approaching young shoppers and telling them they couldnt be in the store unless they were going to buy something.I understand the policy, this is not the first store ive been to that does this, but he had a nasty tone. I feel he made everyone uncomfortable, pressuring all the customers in the store to buy something or leave.The way he treated kids without adults was really nasty though... wish I took a video. Made me pretty upset, definitely not a good way to treat people if you want to bring up sales.

A worker/manager there by the name of glen was very disrespectful to me and my friends. While shopping he kept hovering around and made us very uncomfortable and then when we asked for some space he proceeded to give us attitude and even suggested we leave if we don’t like it lol. Very unprofessional, and lost a sale because of it.Poor gamestop, as a longtime customer I’ve never had an experience like i did today, and it saddens me to leave such a poor review but he made me and my friends very uncomfortable. Almost like he didn’t want us there. Yes me and my friends are people of color, his vibe was just very unsettling. again his name was glen.

The staff was really busy but tried to help before we even had a chance to ask. GREAT! I walked in hoping to exchange or get a store credit for some gifts. They didnt have what we were looking for I thought we would leave with more plastic in the purse. They were so nice to help us with return options and just cashed us out. Hint: they were clear that GC credit returns are easier to do for rewards members (which we are) but they were so accommodating and genuine before they knew that. The favorite boy found a game so we hard a partial exchange but they gave the rest in $$$. Top Notch.

Short staffed most days, the line can be long so be prepared to wait. That said, they have great used game prices, very much alligned with what you can find on eBay.

One worker there will sit there and tell you all the preorders. I wanted to pick up one thing on my break and said I only needed this. He proceeded to eat up my time and make me late back to work. I ended up preordering 2 games I didnt want just to move the conversation along. The whole interaction should have taken 5 minutes tops. Instead Im standing there waiting to pay for 15. Ridiculous.

Prices were actually decent for once. Lots of little collectables and game items which is nice to see. My son loved it.

This GameStop is in a very convenient spot within the Natick Mall. Friendly service and a pretty wide selection of games and gaming merchandise. Not too far from the entrance of the food court.

Condescending employees. If I ask you for a job application and tell you that the person its for is eager to start right away, the proper response is not to go oh this is a MUCH harder job than that. When I then assure you that his job is, in face, quite hard and he does in fact know how to work hard and has extensive retail experience, the proper response is not to again condescendingly assure me that I have no idea what Im talking about and that your job is soooo much harder. Thanks KS but no thanks, there are plenty of other minimum wage jobs (and game stores) without rude employees. Something tells me if youre that rude and eager to assure everyone what a victim you are and how hard your job is, that your job is probably embarrassingly easy.Two stars because they sometimes have old games, which Im willing to put up with rude employees for.

Natick store at the natick mall is always clean and with a very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

I wish I could rate 0 I bought a controller and not only was it rip off and had to be plugged in with a USB and it did not work with my switch I would like to tell people to NEVER buy from GameStop because it is a lie and horrible

Got what I was looking for. They have new and used electronic and games. Also some manual games and toys available.

Tried to trade in a rarely used PS4 controller. I’ve had issues with GameStop ripping me off in the past so I made sure everything worked, FULLY CHARGED, and I brought my own charging wire that I kept in my pocket Incase they tried something funny. Not surprising when they tried to charge my controller it didn’t work. So I told them I brought my cord just Incase this would happen. Then what do you know it worked instantly. Cool moved on finishing trading it in then he tried to slap a refirb charge, asked what’s that for, he said it wouldn’t charge correctly cause the port is damaged, when clearly it charged fine with MY cord. Went back and fourth with the dude for while and decided not to waste my time anymore. Screw that place
